I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Green Gridiron.

I purchased a helmet expecting a brand new, high-quality product, but it arrived with visible issues including scratches on the visor, concerns with the helmet itself, and missing components. I reported these issues immediately through emails, texts, and calls, but it took about two days to receive a response.

From the beginning, the communication felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. At one point, I was even told that “this is not the company for you,” which was surprising considering I was simply asking for a resolution on a damaged and incomplete order.

What made this more frustrating is that the situation could have been resolved easily. A simple replacement of the damaged visor and missing parts, along with better communication, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was offered minimal compensation and pushed toward returning the item, even though the issues were not caused by me.

For a purchase of over $700, I expected better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like I had to fight for a basic resolution rather than being supported as a customer.

I would recommend that others carefully consider their purchase, especially if expecting premium quality and service.
