Outstanding Customer Support
A huge thank you to the customer support team at Greenpan. My initial order was not delivered (address confusion). But Greenpan quickly reimbursed me. When I tried to re-order the item the price had increased to normal price. I was disappointed and told the team that I didn't think it was fair as the confusion about the address was a computer fault, not mine or the teams. They agreed and suggested I re-order the item and they would reimburse me the difference. This time the order arrived within 5 working days in perfect condition and the team reimbursed me immediately. At Greenpan you are talking to human beings, not AI, they care 100% about the company, their products and their customers. I will recommend them and use them again.

Poor quality and chemical scent
One of the pans came was delivered with scratches. Also chemical scent comes from the pans while cooking. I would not recommend these products.
