item not available next day after order

It is already seconde time I order item ( same) that is showing available, but few days later when parcel is suppose to come, they send msg that there was a problem and the item is not available...I lost time and opportunity to use promo...

Please change your transport courier. DPD is pathetic. This time the box I received from Greenweez was completely damaged and torn on the outside. One can only hope the items inside were untouched. `Secondly, DPD did not bring the box to my house and I received an email saying "We missed you, you weren't at home". I was sitting right there at the table. I had to eventually go to the pick-up point to get my package. Terrible service from DPD.

Unfortunately, the quality of deliveries is sometimes very different from one region to another. This is because it is very much dependent on the agency that organises the rounds and recruits the drivers.

thank you for sharing your experience. We are very sorry for the inconvience. You can always find your invoice on our website and we sent you an email with your invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot grant requests to change invoice addresses. The order had already been processed and sent.
Also, we cannot invoice to addresses in countries outside of the Benelux since we only sell within the Benelux.
Our system will always use the invoice address our clients fill out at the time of placing their order on the website.
