These grip socks from Gripix are excellent. I tried different types of socks from GTE and other brands, but these ones from Gripix are much better sized and comfortable. There is a big quality difference and they arrived the next day.

DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered some socks on 1st October which I had to return as my child's club did not allow calf length ones. At the point of organising the return, I ordered some ankle length ones.

20 days later, I am STILL waiting for a refund for the original order and customer service have stopped replying to emails.

The second order has been lost by Amazon shipping and their advice is to contact Gripix to sort refund/replacement. And guess what? No one is responding to emails.

I've had to go to my bank to start a chargeback for both orders in the hope I get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great socks, very comfortable and great fit.
Excellent discounts and free postage for buying multiple pairs also.

I cannot comment on the socks as they have never arrived, despite having been ordered twice … one disappointed grandson on his birthday today! Gripix apparently use Amazon Shipping, yet the tracking numbers provided do not relate to my order. Amazon Shipping also state “we do not have your parcel”. Then yesterday I received an email saying my parcel had been “left in the mail slot” (at a time when I was by my kitchen window adjacent to the front door and was able to see clearly that no courier had arrived and no parcel had been delivered. This all feels very suspicious! I shall be requesting a refund.

Easy to order, arrived on time and I am impressed with the quality. My son has been very happy with them so far. I would order these again when needed.

Worst communication ever.
Deceitful postage information.
Rang bank to reverse transaction and finally Foot Grip sent out my product to then find only 2/3 of the order showed up.
Sent follow up emails and no reply.
Decent product though steer clear of this company.

I have never received the goods. You have sent it to a wrong address in Geelong It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson and has only just been sent 2 months after I ordered it.
Originally I would have given you my postal box address as that is where all my post goes to.
My actual adddress is 15 Warwick Hill Drive Point Lonsdale 3225. There is no facility to receive mail there ie no letterbox. All together this has been a very bad experience and would ensure I don’t deal with you again

You sent the wrong size and have not responded back to my email about rectifying this problem , so no stars from me ..

ordered in december 2022, delivered in February 2023 and only half order as now out of stock. will not use again.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication from Foot Grip regarding my order. I was only told the socks were not in stock after I sent a query, one month after I placed my order. I then asked for a refund, which was ignored, and then the order was dispatched. The socks took about six weeks from order to delivery - I would have liked to have been informed of the delay before ordering.
