All round perfection
We were looking for a new option for gift boxes for our clients. The assortment there is to choose from is amazing as well as value for money. When looking to customise them too as a business the options are absolutely fantastic and the customer service we received when enquiring about these options was second to none. The delivery was really fast and the product looks absolutely gorgeous. So glad that we found Hampers with Bite.

A great booster to recovery
My friend was delighted with her hamper. It cheered her up immensely when she was ill.
Hampers With Bite offers an excellent range of goods at very reasonable prices.
I chose the wrong date when ordering and as soon as I reported it to Customer Service they replied and reorganised the delivery instantly. Impressive!

We purchased a Mothers day Hamper
We purchased a Mothers day Hamper for my Mother in law. In her words. "The most beautiful hamper ever gorgeous presentation and wonderful goodies".
For my partner and I it was delivered on time and we wanted to buy from an Aussie family business and the giving back to society with a meal to a child was a bonus. We will be buying from Hampers with bite again.

Beware of delivery stuff ups.
Have ruined my mother's Mother's Day! Ordered on Wed and was able select delivery as the Friday before. Checked con note today - the delivery date- only to see that its not even in the same state yet and now has delivery as Monday. Messaged them, apparently speaking to a 'real person not an autobot' - but had 2 different names chatting to me. Was told the courier scanned incorrectly and apologies. Not good enough, especially at peak delivery times like this. Wont be ordering again. Just do better !

Terrible. Hampers ordered 12 days ago for Mothers Birthday tomorrow are not being delivered until next week. Maybe.
Ordered three hampers for my Mothers Birthday to be delivered 12th May. Ordered these on 30th April so that there was plenty of time to dispatch in time for delivery. No notification from Hampers with Bite but after following up because I had concerns as they only dispatched Wednesday which is two days before I was advised that the ETA was Monday 15th May. Even though they can guarantee next day delivery Hampers with Bite refused to do anything to ensure my Mothers Hampers are being delivered tomorrow and told me ETA 15/05/2023. My Mother is 83 and now receives nothing and I have not time to get anything else sent even though Hampers with Bite could have fixed the situation easily. The Customer Service rep said "I understand". Obviously not and I don't imagine she has to wait three days if they actually do arrive then after her birthday for hampers ordered on April 30th.
