Fantastic customer service and great products
It's always hard to find nice gifts to send to Australia from the Uk but this site is perfect. There is lots of lovely ideas to choose from and the gifts are reasonably priced unlike other sites I have used. The wine hamper box was perfect and my friend loved it.
Will definitely be using this business again.

Gift recipient loved it!
I purchased a hamper for my sister-in-law's birthday and it was delivered in a timely manner. My sister-in-law rang me the minute she opened the hamper and told me how beautiful it was and how much she loved it. Thank you so much for such a great product and good value. I have received a hamper from this company and I was amazed at the quality of the products they were very tasty and the gorgeous gift box was beautiful.
After this I ordered a lux pamper pack for a work colleague who is leaving. The amount of beautiful items which has bit of everything is worth it.

Gluten free is NOT gluten free
Ordered 4 hampers, one being gluten free after checking. Family member rang after spitting out pretzels containing wheat gluten. Rang company and knew immediately I was getting "lip service". Did not ask my name or order number and said production team will be notified. I replied they will do nothing this is company spiel. One month later and they have done exactly that - nothing - still advertising gluten free hamper containing gluten.
Coeliac disease is a life long medical condition not a gluten free lifestyle choice.
I have had a superb response from Hampers with Bite about this original review and they have changed their listings with gluten free hampers.
This original review had 1 star and focused solely on the gluten free hamper, but as stated I bought 4 hampers.
The supply, delivery, packaging and contents of the other 3 hampers deserved a 5 star rating and since the response from the company has been quick and sincere I have changed the experience to 5 stars now.

Thank you for leaving your honest feedback although I am surprised to see it, as we spoke regarding you rother review before this was published - but it could simply be a lag on Trustpilot's end.
Again, I am so sorry that a hamper which wasn't entirely gluten free, did come up in search results when searching for "gluten free" on our site - this was because of the crackers within that hamper which themselves are gluten free. Our web team has already made some changes to the search function on the site and are in the process of adding other signifiers to non-GF hampers which contain GF ingredients.
I have already refunded you for this hamper and the shipping costs for the whole order, and the team is on standby for when we receive your relative's address so we can send a certified gluten free hamper out to them.
As I said during our call, I am very disappointed and very sorry that the team gave you incorrect information over the phone and didn't follow through on any corrective action. I've spoken to our entire current team about this and put in place measures on our website to ensure this never happens again.
I've sent you an email recapping our conversation and the next steps, and I'll be in touch next week to make sure I've resolved this for you. As I said earlier, this should have been resolved on first contact (and not happened in the first place), but I am glad for the opportunity to fix it for you now.

Great Lunar New Year hampers
I loved the selection of Lunar New Year hampers. I ordered two hampers for the same people, without checking contents (Don’t do things in a rush). Long story short, Customer Service had to cancel one order because of overlapping items. But it was done very efficiently and politely, and I got my refund immediately. Even better news, the hamper was really lush, with contents in bright red packaging (something you hardly see) and recipients were very impressed. Will order from again. Only suggestion is to have a wider range of hampers?
