Smooth transaction and our HandiHoldall arrived within 3 working days as promised. Excellent customer services too when I used their chat option to confirm about delivery as we needed the item ready for an imminent holiday. The HandiHoldall arrived, well packed and is of excellent quality, robust material. It held more than we expected, was easy to fix to our roof bars and was really secure! Overall we’re really happy with it and look forward to using it on many more holidays! Thank you!

I have an Audi A1 so packing for camping is always a struggle. I purchased the roof bars and handiholdall and they made such a difference to our trip. The bag is sturdy and huge! I was nervous about heading down the motorway, dreading it all faling off. But it worked perfectly. Easy to use, wonderful capacity, secure and simple to store when no longer needed. The best thing I have purchased in a long time!

Had a little hiccup to start with.
But sometimes its how you resolve an issue which is even more important.

We don't have much storage for a hard roof rack but love camping so this was the perfect solution as it is small when folded. Really easy to fit to the car and plenty of room for our bits.

The handirack and holdall arrived within the 2-3 days as promised.

Absolutely no issues with these items so far.

Really pleased with our new Handi Holdall roof bag, it fits well on existing roof rack, ties down very securely and in a motorway journey lasting over 7 hours and including very heavy rain, it didn't move, make a noise or allow water in. Highly recommend.

Order has not been received after paying for Saturday delivery to ensure I had it on time. Very limited communication from Handiworld to begin with, so I didn’t know if it had even been dispatched. A dispatch email would have proven very useful in this case. I have had replies from Handiworld though in response to my emails despite it being a Saturday, who assure me it went out for delivery on Thursday and who have now given me tracking details. It seems to be missing in transit currently between Tigers Global Logistics and DPD, with DPD saying they haven’t received it; however, nothing can be done until Monday due to not being able to contact Tigers over the weekend so sadly I do not have it as needed.

Good delivery service and good product. Took a while to work out how to attach to roof bars but then was easy to take on and off. Not sure how robust the straps are but hopefully they will last well. Great to have some room in the car while driving down to Cornwall!

Ordered Wednesday arrived Friday, excellent service!! Fitted the HandiHoldall this morning, filled it and left without a hitch. Drove through monsoon conditions and arrived, at our destination, with everything inside as dry as a bone!! Wish we’d discovered it sooner!

Excellent products [Handirack and Handiholdall]. We used them both today on a 350 mile trip with no issues. Encountered high winds and torrential rain but everything was absolutely fine. Small hiccup with the delivery [not Handiworld’s fault] and alternative arrangements made promptly. Thanks to Toby and Carmen (Tigers Global Logistics)

I purchased the Handiholdall roof bag for cross bar mounting on the car.
I have not yet used the product but have given it a dry run in the garage.
I was disappointed that one of the quick release straps that hold the bag in the compressed storage broke as I was using it. The quality is poor on this component.
I hope to use the bag later in the year and will update the review then

Excellent service fast delivery great product

Very good service and delivered promptly. However, it could be improved with an email from ‘HandiWorld’ informing me that the product had been dispatched.

In theory this an excellent system for cars with no roof bars and nowhere to fix them. When attached they are very secure and the handi-bag is also very secure. They coped with Motorways, rural, single track roads, and high winds in the Outer Hebrides.

However, this is the UK, and it rains. This system does not work in the rain. The rain kits are not all that effective. Ours filled up and then began pouring onto the seats below, meanwhile the roof fabric started absorbing the moisture too and over two thirds of the roof became sodden, dripping onto the seats below.

I'm hoping and praying that the car dries out, and also wishing I'd just spent a bit more on roof bars and a box.

Arrived on time and looks like a good product. The one pole holder pulled out on first installation. I hope the others are stronger.
