So easy to put on and secure. We did our 1st 3 hour journey and it was great no problems at all.

175 litre Handi Hold-all & 95 litre duffel bag.
In a word excellent! Good looking bags, good delivery service. Now need to use it to understand exactly how good they are.

It's a shame every time i called the company the call was not answered. Neither was my email.

Just loaded the holdall ready for holidays. Surprised how much it can hold. It fits nicely on the roof of my car along with two larger soft boxes. I needed to free up space inside the car now that we have a dog.

Parcel delivered on time by DPD. Well packed.

Have bought several items from Handiworld in recent years. Good quality, reasonable priced and standing the rest of time. The customer service is excellent and delivery very fast.

Not delivered in 2 weeks then I won't be at home to receive it. Will probably go back to England...

Excellent product in the handi rack and hold-all a life saver for holidays if you haven’t got a roof rack and box.

Absolutely fantastic product good quality parts and materials easy to fit . And looks cool I recommend this product absolute bargain as I was quoted six hundred pounds for roof rack.well done handy rack.

All came as expected and within the time frame. Got delivery messages beforehand from ‘Tiger’ but no information to say if these were directly related to the order/purchase. Also the box it arrived in looked very battered. However, contents were pristine and as expected.

They've let me down badly.
Ordered and paid in full on the 3rd. Paid extra for express delivery. Should have arrived by the 5th, the 6th at the very latest. We've wasted 2 days waiting in for delivery.
Contacted CS who said they'd rearrange delivery for today by 12 but it hasn't arrived. No confirmation or other contact. Nobody in customer services today. I need the product today, for tomorrow. Very disappointed. Just wish they could have been honest with me yesterday and I would have made other arrangements. My gut feeling is that they knew there was no chance but they didn't tell me this. I would have preferred honesty.
Now I will, no doubt, have a rigmarole getting a refund.

Quick delivery with excellent communication and the product was exactly what I needed

I purchased a HandiHoldall XL 400L Waterproof Roof Bag from Amazon and I'm very happy with it as it's well made and robust.

When I opened the package there were no fixing straps meaning the bag was unusable! This was down to the Amazon fulfilment partner. I rang HandiWorld and they said they'd try and get a kit sent out to me as I was due to travel the next day.

What an incredible service I rang at ~2:00pm on Wednesday 22nd Dec and the straps arrived this morning, Thursday 23rd Dec at 08:30! Superb customer service and I'll definitely buy direct next time!
