John was great when he came round. Very happy to please, everything I asked to be done was done efficiently (including dialogue throughout as to what and where I wanted everything) and he kept everything very tidy. The quote was as advised and did not differ on completion of the work. I have already asked John to quote for other jobs and would recommend Handy Connection to anyone who is looking for a great handyman! Thanks John and Handy Connection for the great service.

Brilliant handyman! John is prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. He came and fitted in some wardrobes, a very professional job from start to finish. Fixing them to the walls, refitting the carpet around them and even adjusting the fit for the electrics so we had access to plugs still. Icing on the cake, I think he left our room cleaner than before the job. I’d recommend John in a heartbeat for all jobs no matter how big or small.

So rare to find someone of this calibre these days who will do the job brilliantly and you have complete confidence in. Attention to detail and pride in the work is a rare commodity these days and this is what Handy Connection prides itself on. Will certainly be using whenever we have a problem and would recommend without hesitation.

Very happy customer. We wanted our shed extending to create an under cover area for the children's bikes and we turned to Handy Connection to help us. Somehow John was able to clearly understand exactly what we wanted from the moment he arrived. Now considering I had no drawings of what we were trying to achieve, and it was simply me explaining and doing a lot of pointing he was able to sketch out what I had explained and from that moment I knew that they were the company for us. John managed to design, build, paint and re-felt the whole roof in one day and the results are outstanding. The work ethic was exceptional, the finish was superb, and the end result was exactly what we had in mind, 10 out of 10. How this was all achieved in one day is staggering, and to do the job to such a high standard is honestly remarkable. Once we saw the amazing job that was done we quickly reeled of a list of other jobs that we needed doing, some big and some small, and this was met with “no problems, I’m here to help”. John came back the following week and installed all the skirting board in one of our rooms, he fitted a new loft hatch/ladder complete with architrave, he fixed our back gate, installed a baton light for the attic along with tidying up some cables, and lastly at the request of the wife as a late addition, he ended up drilling and feeding some cables for an outdoor fish pond. All of the work was completed to the highest standard and the finals results were perfect, and I really mean perfect, John truly is a perfectionist which is rare to see in a tradesman. He doesn’t know this yet but next on the hit list of jobs to do is helping us sort out the utility room, cupboards, skirting, washing machine installation and bringing this room up to standard. No matter how big or small the job may be I couldn’t imagine using anyone else other than Handy Connection. Hard working, punctual, clean/tidy and always does the job to an exceptional standard and for that we are very thankful.
