Delivery driver was careless with the…
Delivery driver was careless with the off-loading of 3 bags of topsoil, the final bag split due to his not being attentive & with scant regard to the correct handling required when hoisting bulk bags. Due to the damaged bulk bag splitting a large quantity of soil emptied onto the public pavement & into my front garden. The matter was taken up with the company’s office but I didn’t receive a return call and when I followed up the matter the next day. An offer of replacement has been yet to be received even though I told the driver I did not want to accept what I believed to be an unfulfilled order.
