I did bring my 2 year old son with me…
I did bring my 2 year old son with me which perhaps wasn't the best place to bring him given what happened when one of the employees walked out of the building to exclaim "#### it's hot". Although he wouldn't have seen my son at that point and I appreciate the kind of language that would be discussed with other tradespeople it would be nice to turn up and not have to come and hear such profanity. Otherwise everything was fine other than the short wait for the click and collect order to be picked because it hadn't already been done.

I ordered a chrome locking ring for a novus drinking fountain , but the only thing is it costs £5 and a few pence but the postage was about £8 which i think is a bit over the top for the size of the locking ring not much bigger than a 10 p coin .

I made a mistake on ordering the wrong Sand (plastering) and the driver arrived with both the correct sand (sharp) and the one I had ordered so I could choose

Great service, competitive prices
I have used H&B a few times for big and bulky building supplies delivered, can't fault the service. I've also had to pop into the branch a number of times for odd bits and advice and they have always been great. Prices have been competitive for the things I've needed whenever I've been looking around.
