Great service that delivered the goods I wanted; when I wanted; at a price lower than competitors; and on top the staff and delivery driver were all really helpful and friendly. On top of that MenCap charity spotted the extra large pallet and said they wanted it for a garden project, and the driver said they could have as many as they needed and H&B would deliver. A real community neighbourhood business.

Impressed with website and Great customer service but...
I was very impressed with the website's ease of use and was contacted immediately regarding low stock, so great customer service and communication. However, I would've given 5 stars but the product was much smaller than what was described which was a BIG disappointment considering I paid so much for delivery.

Handy place for the area
Handy place for the area. Staff are old school knowledge with genuine helpful friendly attitude. Contractors get on with the job. Website could be easier to use. Search terms etc. Hard to beat real service though.
