I was always pleased with Harrison’s local store but sadly it closed down. I therefore purchased my light fitting online. The light fitting had a screw missing and the little prism style drops had a couple of chips in them (obviously from manufacture and not the delivery). Had the store still been local I would have returned it however my electrician had been booked and he found a screw that ‘would suffice’ and the chips aren’t noticeable but for the money I paid it should have been flawless!

I figured as it was for MR16s it would be low voltage track, but no its 240V and the lamp pods have electronic transformers. First thing here, they wont run LEDs..so its an obsolete product designed for LVTH. No matter, I had a 12V psu anyhow and it was simple enough to strip out the TXs and run the track off 12V. So now its up and running and looks great.

unfortunately the item i paid for never turned up and Im still waiting for a refund

Great product

The ceiling fan product I ordered is well made, great value and was despatched same day on an overnight next day delivery service. Parcel Force let me down and didn't deliver as they should, despite their website saying it would be delivered, but it did arrive the following day. I proceeded to install the fan on the day it arrived and was very pleased with its operation.
Would certainly recommend this company.

I live on the Isle of Skye, I called and talked to Tony who was great, he confirmed that delivery to the Isle was fine and arranged for the Lighting supplier to ship my items directly, when they did not turn up as expected Tony followed this up with the delivery note, emailed it to me showing that it was the local delivery company that was causing the delay, however one phone call later I had confirmation of the delivery date, which was honoured, everything packed very well which was great too.
