Customer service on the phone and the lawyer were polite and professional throughout the process. They took the time to explain the situation clearly and communicated with me respectfully. Explained everything

As the title says, they made my settlement agreement both stress free and we're friendly, something ypu really need at that time. That went from the initial admin staff, to Gareth who dealt with my case, all very professional and helpful.
