Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service.

Called 3 months ago to advise that for some reason my car was registered on auto pay with someone else.
Advised after being on hold to email with prrof of ownership.

I have done this 3 times now and had one response after weeks saying they don;t know what I want, so closed the ticket. The other 2 they have ignored.

Now not sure what to do, as it is my car and I don't want a fine!

Yet another poor service from TFL

Waiting for the 463 from Coulsdon South towards Pollards Hill. Busy was supposed to leave Coulsdon South at 0854 but failed to. Two other busses at the stop but neither left. The driver seemed completely unable to answer where the 0854 was

I don TV see why one of the two busses waiting couldn’t have taken the place of the elusive 0854

TFL standards

113 bus Marble Arch to Edgeware 11/9/25 11:29 with 3 bags, due to driving go stumbling, picking up bag hit head on overhead bar 11:41 stop before Mosque another driver at open front door smoking, talks with driver for a few minutes, passenger gets off middle doors smoking then gets back on. Bus ref: LV23 DGY. 15/9/25 9:58 113 LV24 VPK Baker Street to Edgeware driver pulls away 3 bags, sent stumbling hit head on bar. No time given and with both hands full can't "hold rail while bus is moving".

I just went on to the site for TFL…

I just went on to the site for TFL journey planner, put in the stations i wanted to travel from... result.. what on earth, what is this site i asked myself. Is it a joke or a spam site pretending to be TFL?, seriously not quite sure. Nope it is the official one. This site is the genuine site an absolute joke and appears to be created by school kids learning or practising to create websites but not quite getting it. Seriously shockingly poor attempt for a company of it's size and public image. Seriously TFL get your act together get someone to create the site who knows what they are doing, remove old and newer useless sites that you have possibly spent thousands on and give the public something to work with not an etch a sketch that is of no use to anyone with more than one brain cell with all due respect. It is a disgrace !!

The delay from TFL Autopay is dreadful

The delay from TFL Autopay is dreadful. How can they take 6 weeks to note a debit on my account? TFL's system for debiting the Autopay account is simply lousy! By the time you get your credit card statement it can be so long ago that TFL entered the item, that you've forgotten when you entered the ULEZ! They are quick enough to notify you when you've used the tube, but why can't they email you when you've entered the ULEZ?

Why is it that the number 80 has…

Why is it that the number 80 has placebo air-conditioning or actually none on route between Morden station towards Hackbridge that does not work in this brain melting heat no added value to a comfortable journey we need 19c that it's actually feels cold on the bus like New York city ...being short changed in the UK as usual.

Absolute CRIMINALS. I don’t think this is government run I really feel it’s being run by REAL THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. Trying to push me into a corner FORCING ME TO SEND THEM PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS JUST TO DRIVE IN LONDON . I have a car and just because when I did the application online and I forgot to upload proof of identity which is an easy mistake, instead of asking me to provide proof of identity which takes only a few minutes if that this is TFL RESPONSE

i wanted to feedback to TFL about how…

i wanted to feedback to TFL about how their consultation had not actually provided a means for the public to provide the feedback. Problem was "Have your say" did not want to know and when I got in contact to explain, they said they could not help and refered me to TFL....who then referred me to "Have your say". So problem is if you have anything critical to say, they do not want to hear it. Fit for purpose???
