Mussel Bowl
The item I purchase, the mussel bowl, has a crack in it. I"m not sure if it was damaged in shipping or was sent that way. Too bad, it's a nice piece.

Missing items
I’ve ordered add-ons before, especially the Julia Childs pieces. I did not receive the autumn add-ons I ordered, and last year I never received an add on necklace. And another time, when they offered extra items, I ordered whiskey lip balm, and got whiskey soap instead. These things are expensive, and all I’ve gotten is a “We’re looking into it”. I’m done risking my hard earned money on things I may or may not receive. Do better!

A gift from Scotland always reminds me where my ancestors came from
Every item that was sent were a treasure to behold…I have so many wonderful items that remind me of Scotland. They are all well crafted and it is always great joy when i open each package each month.
When I have had a problem I always get a quick reply.
Only criticism is I had a card compromised, not by this company. I wish they had let me know they were having trouble..I miss 2 boxes I was really looking forward to getting. The blame is mine but a reminder my card was refused would have reminded me to change the card.
