Extremely Dissatisfied

I decided to order from Help Medical after reading so many positive reviews. The previous supplier I had been ordering from kept giving me the runaround, overcharging, and/or shipping wrong items altogether.

Pros: Selection of items on website, ease of navigation on website and ease of placing an order.

Cons: I placed my order on Sunday, still had not received confirmation of shipment by Friday. Called to follow up on my order. I was contacted later the same day and was offered an apology for a ‘hiccup’ in their shipping system along with next day shipping of items for Saturday delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for much needed equipment, at 8pm nothing had been delivered. I called FedEx only to find out my shipment was sent for delivery to identical street address in Queens, NY (I live in Manhattan). I was given a claim number and told a FedEx supervisor would call me within two hours. I never received a call. A week after placing my order I still have no equipment. All I have to show for my $170 payment is mounting frustration and the burden of getting my package delivered to me.

Update: After repeated follow up calls to FedEx, my package was finally delivered at 10:45 pm this evening. Still very frustrated but just happy to have my items and able to go to bed after waiting all day.

price and delivery time we're good

price and delivery time we're good. The description of the package that I bought did not include all the parts needed. So when I ordered I ordered an air hose and then it came with the hose and I got charged for the second one.

The people were nice but o couldn’t use …

The people were nice but o couldn’t use my care credit account to purchase a new mask as the company would not allow purchases under 500. Left me with a negative experience which caused me to purchase the new mask elsewhere.

I purchased two hoses and one was wrong …

I purchased two hoses and one was wrong hose. I didn't realize it until I opened the package and found that one of the connections was wrong. I contact them and never got a response back. I will try to contact them again today. I email the company a few days ago and still have not gotten a response. I will not be using this company in the future.

Everything wrong

My order took about 5 days to receive which was fine but what I received was wrong. Wrong mask,wrong tubing.I called customer service that day and was assured someone would get back to me. 4 days later,after no call I called back and restarted the process and was told they would send the replacements overnight. 4 days later I received a package with another wrong tubing but no mask. I'm very frustrated

I'd have my CPAP already if I bought it elsewhere.

I ordered a CPAP. I wish they would have said they're back ordered. Now I'm waiting longer than expected, I even paid extra for 2-day shipping. Now I'm losing sleep and getting more sick. I am still waiting for a response for even just an estimated date of when they'll receive the order.
If I knew I had to wait this long to get my CPAP or even a reply, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Bought ClimateLineAir and received it before projected delivery date.

I bought ResMed ClimateLineAir tubing and some hypoallergenic filters. The order came a day early and the merchandise was exactly as advertised. I am pleased with the transaction.
