I have been a tenant in a property rented via Hemmingford's for the last 4 years. They are money grabbing and do not care about their tenants. Responses to requests for repairs of basic white goods and the replacement of a disgustingly mouldy leaking fridge were not taken seriously.
All they care about is currying favour from the one who pays them; the landlord who is friends with the Co owner, Rose, creating a conflict of interest from the get go. Both the landlord and the agency have been dishonest and disrespectful towards us throughout our tenancy. We renewed and it went on for 4 years because the landlord kept it below market value but clearly she felt that that meant she did not need to repair basic white goods that we paid for to use as stipulated in our contract.

Faz promised me a more personal touch than your usual estate agent and that is exactly what we got. Faz is a lovely guy and is hugely passionate about what the team are doing. Lewis sold our flat and was an absolute hero on negotiation and helping clear the numerous hurdles. Wonderful guy, very hot on the admin and great on communication throughout. I would happily work with the team again and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks to you all!

Great service by Dov and company. The appointment was set up for the viewing of the apartment. He even had to wait for a couple of minutes due to the delay on my behalf, but he didn't mention it. He described important things regarding the place and politely answered all the questions. The next day, the agency initiated the paperwork. Even though there were some documents and payments issues, the agency managed them very well. Very professional people.
Was a bit scared in the beginning regarding getting a new place for a newbie in London (after getting to know that there are many scams going around targeting international students), but in this case, the agency efficiently managed the paperwork and transactions receipts were shared with me.
