Hemp Flower 

I have ordered anywhere from 1/2 lb to one ounce per order. I have ordered from them 5 times now. Never disappointed or dissatisfied. I’m getting great product from the west coast delivered to my mailbox on the west coast in two days from placing my orders. True story. I’ve had no need to contact customer service. Maybe I should, to thank them.

My son has ordered from here 3-4 times no issues until now i ordered an oz of one of the more expensive strains and nothing a tracking number that just says usps is expecting the item from the shipper has been saying this for a week. Don't buy from them.

This company has really bad customer service and you can’t track your order without using a third party app I will not be ordering from this site ever again. This was my first time ordering from this site and it didn’t give me any information about my order unless it’s about tracking it through a third party app which didn’t tell me anything other than I ordered but my order didn’t get processed so I don’t know when I’m getting it. They only talk through text and I’ve emailed them multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response yet and they said they would send an email about my order and they never did so this was a very bad experience.

My first order - 1 pound - was great. My second order - 2 pounds - was AWFUL! They only sent half of my ~$1250 order and then they tried to tell me that they sent it in the same box as the 1 pound, yet there was not enough room for another ounce, let alone whole additional pound.

I tried giving them the opportunity to fix it, but they did not and I had to call my CC company to get my partial refund.

Then they sent me a message notifying that they were blocking me and filing a police report for theft.

I was pretty upset at how these people were treating me, I just wanted what I rightfully paid for, thankfully my CC company had my back.

This company is full of BS and I would never buy from them again. I haven't received my order yet and nobody is messaging me back .

Horrible customer service. I ordered over $300 of merchandise and was charged on my card. I just got an email that my order is cancelled. i never cancelled my order, and I have been waiting for over a week for them to ship.

I just read someone else's reviews who also ordered $300 and had an issue.

I have never ordered before this attempt. I do not think they are legit.

Ordered 300$ worth of products on the oct 7th they say 2 to 3 day shipping haven't recieved my package and u can only get in touch with them thru text and I ordered shipping protection thru en route and it's the Oct 15 en route still hasn't recieved a tracking number yet and when I reach out to them thru text message they take 2 days to respond and there response was instead of telling me my order status they told me to check thru another app called shop that has no information on my package either this will be the last time I order from this company I've requested a refund thru en route thank God I got shipping protection

I would give them 0 stars if I could I ordered nearly $200 worth of product and within an hour of getting the shipping notification and the tracking number they canceled the shipping label. And they never gave me an explanation and never refunded me so I'm having my bank deal with it so I can get my money back at least but I'm never going through these guys ever again I can assure you of that.
