Heritage is awesome

Heritage is awesome! Always have what I need and if not back order doesn’t usually take that long. Great quality material, fits perfectly. So happy I can find the parts I need for my cars! Thanks Heritage you’re the best!

Long shipping

The Homepage said that the Product was available and ready to ship in 2 days. After waiting for 2 Weeks I emailed them why there is no shipping. They said the product is ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.
So I waited 4 weeks for the product.

Very expensive, very long wait

When buying the part, only the expected delivery time was show (4-5) days. After that, I was told i should wait 3 weeks for it to be prepared. Which eventually was 1 month. After that month, the delivery took 2 weeks more.
Having to pay more than 20€ for a delivery that takes this long, is a theft

Great advice and service

I rang from Australia to get advice prior to purchasing grab handles for my VW Transporter. The advice from the tech guy was spot on, I purchased the handles and now they’re fitted to the van. Great service and advice. Highly recommended. Pete Taplin. Bawley Pt. Australia.
