After i had paid i saw that the document can't be downloaded. I sent an email using their link on my activation email and heydownloads responded literally within a few minutes on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON. They then said they would email me a link which they promptly did. GREAT service, thank you.

Placed order for 2001-2004 Toyota Avalon Service Manual. Transaction completed. Received receipt and a link with five (5) downloads. I used up my 5 downloads trying to download the file.

Fast manual locating, download. VERY fast customer service if you happen to come across a mistake or issue and great communication. Absolutely recommend for anyone seeking e-manuals for heavy eequipment service!

AVOID. Paid for download- no download received. Waited 72 hours. No download. Use the Contact Us page- completed the details. Heard nothing. Filled in the form again a few days later. Also contacted twice by email. Heard nothing. Over a week, still nothing- no refund, no download. This is a scam. Out of pocket $38.95 with no prospect of this appearing.

They do not have any customer support. After 4 attempts in a one month period I have received no response. They accepted my payment and sent me a manual that is not correct. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company. You stand a high chance of losing your money. I consider myself a reasonable and patient person but where I come from, if you take another mans money and do not deliver on your agreement your reputation becomes that of a dishonest company. Shop somewhere else if you do not have money to throw away.
