Paid for download and link page did not exist and no one to contact for support except for email. Takes payment immediately, but have to wait for support when things go wrong. Their customer service needs to be as fast they collect their payment!

I placed my order on a Sunday night and initially had a problem downloading the document and was concerned that there was no phone number provided to try to talk to a person. But shortly after I initiated a "Chat" the problem was resolved immediately (even on a Sunday night after normal business hours). Great customer service.

Well, at first I really felt like this website was just straight up shady. Desperation makes for desperate behavior. I have been tearing every hair out of my cranium trying to fix my 2004 Chevy "Ad"Venture. Almost everything you find online kinda helps, but never exact. Then Boom!, I see this service repair manual advert and feel warm and fuzzy, knowing I can finally get things done. Phew. Low and behold the link I initially get says it doesn't exist. I about lost my marbles. Thank you sooo much Amanda!!!! She was the live customer service agent that immediately jumped on the problem and saved my faith in the internet.
