Great communication great price great service, very happy would definitely use this company again!!!!

I have used this company several times now to deliver items of furniture I have bought auctions from various locations around the country. Their service has been consistently excellent, with competitive pricing, good communications, and delivery at the specified time.

quick efficient and reasonable - no problems

Generally very good. Driver and HQ kept me well informed of pickup time.

Only small niggle was that I booked via Shiply who explicitly say on their website not to make payment until delivery is complete, but was chased by HFL for balance of fees before delivery, or cash on delivery. I was sending something to a customer so clearly didn't want that!

That being said they delivered without complaint and I paid the balance after that so they are flexible and honest. No feedback from buyer so I assume all is OK.

This company had to deal with numerous cancelled appointments for collection from the seller but kept me informed at all times. Delivery took longer than expected but this was down entirely to the seller. Would recand use again if needed.

Very competitive pricing but that did not impact on the quality of the service provided. They packed and delivered my item with no issues; communication was good throughout. Highly recommend

If I could give no stars, that’s what I’d give! Took deposit to collect and deliver my item, promised prompt collection within the quote chat, took deposit, then after a weeks wait, decided to inform me that they can only collect outside of business hours (my item was from an eBay business operating usual business hours) and because the business couldn’t accommodate this, they would be cancelling their services. Very poor communication and overall service (or lack of) Wasted time and money, would not recommend!
