Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I was refused a return and exchange for another sofa within a week of receiving because the courier's took the packaging away without asking. Even after I queried this with the couriers, they said - it's just part of the service. The advisor I spoke to said they had asked me first because they're trained to... So I've been called a liar??! I've been waiting for a manager call back but as expected, this hasn't happened! I was very pleased with the service until I was refused a return - that I'm fully entitled to! Clearly this company do not care about the service they provide to customers.

They rectified a mistake I made on my order

I made a mistake in ordering a RHF sofa instead of a LHF sofa. I called up ,(didn't get through for about 2 days though) when I did get through to someone they amended my order for me and sent out the one I needed. Very grateful. Was nervous because I read a few bad reviews but to be honest the service was great

This company has the cheapest sofas i…

This company has the cheapest sofas i have ever seen in my life. At first i didnt want to believe then i done a bit of shopping around, i ordered the Hoxton range as i saw on Scs and these guys were cheaper faster and their customer service was fantastic, thanks to Wahid what a great chap, we had a great blast on the phone, its hard to a find a company know these days where you can actually just talk instead just selling something, i will be recommending this company to all my family and friends if there ever need new set of sofas. The delivery was best part, so easy, i was panicking thinking it wouldn’t fit but these knew exactly what they doing. So happy i across this company.

I always believe a good company is…

I always believe a good company is based on how they serve their customers and being fair. I had a slight issue with my Baxter 2 seater sofa after having it for 5 months the after care person gave me a replacement cushion and free fabric care kit

I had two experiences with this company…

I had two experiences with this company and the first time round was perfect my Ferguson Corner sofa arrived in time and in perfect condition then i decided to order the footstool later so i did and it arrived on time but the legs were to the footstool was damaged, they did send out full set of legs but apart from that good sofa good price thanks lads

I ordered my sofa online about 2 weeks…

I ordered my sofa online about 2 weeks ago and got the delivery today, everything was fine, i got updated with emails and texts and i then got tracking details to track the drivers who were very helpful but overall fantastic sofas good quality and good customer service i am happy

I will never buy a sofa online again

Ordered sofa online with confidence in their distance selling act and 30 day no quibble return guarantee. When the sofa arrived, the sofa itself was lovely and decent quality, however, when unpackaged and assembled, we realised it was much too small for the space so called them immediately to ask if we could return it or exchange it for an alternative sofa, we were told we couldn't as we had removed the packaging. I don't really know how you can properly try out a sofa without removing packaging and sitting on it. But they said the returns policy does not apply if any packaging has been removed. Their customer service was shocking, no replies to our emails. Never again!

We offer a no Hassel return within 30 days subject to our returns policy and criteria are adhered and followed.

I can see we have also agreed to offered you a partial discount which was paid to you upon agreement that your sofa was not eligible for return and you were happy with that offer.
