Faulty sofa delivered months later…
Faulty sofa delivered months later still getting no where, they offered repair but not happened , refusing refund or return. Customer service non existant. Would avoid!

Further to your response, I bought this sofa in January, it needed repairs straight away, which for a new sofa is already very strange.
I had to call and email continuously, after saying I would take it further you gave a cut off date of 29th April.
29th April I got a call, I had work, I had work the following day too, like most people.
So given my options I have had to contact the relevant legal services to sort this out.

However, I have reviewed your case, and I can confirm your sofa has been booked in for repairs multiple time with our technician which was rejected by yourself due to not available on the given dates.
Our team have again arranged further appointments and there has been no response or answer.
In matters like this, we make such repairs a priority so we can get things resolved swiftly but unfortunately it looks there has been no success as you have not cooperated.
I can see every email you have send us was responded by my team member, we have always kept you updated and we have also tried to call you. Our communication with you in regards to this matter was always efficient.

Avoid this company…
I purchased 2 sofas in June 2021 and after only 7 months the cushions collapsed at the front and the material went very Bobbly. I complained to homesofa company who sent someone out to inspect them and told me it was fair wear and tear and the cushions had just settled. I of course didn't agree as they were of no age. I have constantly been on to them to get the matter resolved but they won't help. The warranty they give is worthless and the customer care is non existent. They are very arrogant and unhelpful. I will in future use a reputable company for my next purchase.

I have had a look at your matter and can confirm your case was being dealt with my aftercare department who have arranged Home Serve technician to inspect and report the current status of your product so we can establish the cause of the issue and replace the unit for you.
After carefully reviewing your case and the technicians report it was made clear to you in writing there was no issues found with your sofa as you claim.
The technicians are paid to report and make an independent assessment, as any jobs that need further attention or repairs works in their favour, but on this occasion it looks like there was no issues with your sofa otherwise we would happily replace or repair it had their been a valid case.
I can see my team have fully cooperated with you at all times, and every email was responded back to, you were also kept up to date with any new progress we had and informed of the report.
Once again, please accept my apology for any inconvenience caused to you.

Don’t normally leave reviews but am very impressed. Sofa was a good price and quality seems great. The two delivery guys were brilliant. Came in and assembled the sofa, even taking their shoes off going in and out the house even tho I said they should leave them on. Very helpful chaps. All round a good experience!

Sofa looked amazing and the delivery drivers were amazing too.
I had a couple of issues over the delivery date but other than that their service was great and the delivery date was all sorted out. The sofa is wonderful, exactly as described.
I must say a special thank you to the delivery drivers. They phoned an hour before just as was advertised and they were friendly and very helpful. (so 5 stars to them).
