Wow this a big shocked if i read a review from others customers i won't put any of my order with home vibe.I put my order last Month on the 11th and 24th till now i did not received anything i been sending emails i got only 1 reply that say your order was lost to you want refund or resend.same day i put reply 😢till now i dont hear anything from them.Poor communications and waste of time.

Today Homevibe offered to discuss the problem with their 'customer service' team. But it is already resolved. I messaged Glen Compton through LinkedIn and offered him the opportunity to resolve the issue. No reply, so I instigated proceedings through the Small Claims Court. A couple of days before the case was due to be heard I had an email from Glen saying he would settle for the amount claimed and in return I would drop the case. Not unreasonable, but after 54 emails sent trying to resolve it and multiple broken promises from Reece I was hard pressed to agree. In the end I relented and received most of the money promised. The only positive thing I have to say about Homevibe is that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Ordered electrical body warmer for my son before Christmas because he works outside a lot. Item never arrived. Have emailed several times and no response Only time they responded was to say it had been delivered. God knows where because i have not got it also delivery time was after 22.00 so who delivers that late. rung get no answer and do not return calls.
Avoid them like the plaque.

Ordered on line quite complicated though could of done with notification of dispatch of item it took 5 days to come so I thought the postage was quite pricey at £12.99 but otherwise very happy with purchase

One star is too generous. worst company I have tried to buy from. Sent totally wrong thing and implied I was to blame - Non responsive, had to send photo to prove there error.
eventually ended up with my money being returned after some 6 weeks. Its not coviod - its been around 12 months and all seller on th eweb have worked out ways of trading and support - Home Vibe have buried there head inthe sand and simply do not want to know
its your money, but they do not sell anything that you cannot get elsewhere - moral of story - go elsewhere !

Ordered bedding on 2nd January 2021 through discount experts. Delivery was 10 days. Nothing arrived by end of January so contacted HomeVibe on 4th February with coupon number asking for advice. Response received on 7th February saying it was lost in transit and offer another item or refund. I asked for another item by reply on the same day.
On 22nd February nothing had been received nor a response to my 7th February email so I sent another email on that date asked for a refund. On 2nd March I sent another email asking for a refund as I hadn’t heard anything since 7th February. On 4th March I received a response asking for my voucher code which I had included in my original email and that a refund would be processed. I responded back on 8th March with the voucher code.
It is 23rd March and I have just emailed them again as I still haven’t heard anything. Throughout the process I have dealt with Reece.
I understand that times are tricky but as a customer I find the way I have been dealt with is unacceptable. I gave HomeVibe the opportunity to try and send the item again but this never happened. I have asked for a refund but a month down the line I remain out of pocket with no goods. Poor poor service.
Update 27th March. I have received the reply from HomeVibe shown below. I have responded to the email address given as advised. However, I have had an automated response saying I have to use a different email address. So will my original email resolve my issue or do I have to send it to the new email address. This ambiguity is what is frustrating and unhelpful. Come on HomeVibe, be better!!!
Update 12th April. Still no refund. This really is such a poor state of affairs. Never ever go anywhere near this company. They are as slippery as an eel trumpeting promises in public then doing nothing to resolve the issue.
Update 21st May. Still no refund. I contacted Discount Experts to assist and advised them to drop HomeVibe. This prompted an immediate response from Reece who would look into the refund immediately. This was 23rd April. I will be informing trading standards. Rogue companies that deliberately procrastinate and use deflection tactics need to be outed. I consider HomeVibe such an organisation. Do not give them your money or time.

Dreadful
Please don't waste time getting mixed up with this company. I ordered four towels, with a GoGroupie voucher, which were poor quality I returned them immediately. Supposedly value of £99 for two! As an earlier reviews say extremely poor quality (Sarah, Lady Young and TBinns agree), you could get better in ASDA.
The real nightmare is that the refund process is gauranteed to make you pull your hair out. A month after I returned the goods I have still not had a proper refund and am in constant communication with HomeVibe and GoGroupie.
If only I had been sensible and read the review first never again!

Not even one star, this company has definitely got horses out the front. I, like the other reviewers wish that I had the reviews first. I ordered some towels through go groopie and I have had nothing but a headache ever since. I sent the towels back to them over 2 months ago and still waiting for a refund. Scammers.

Bought a towel bundle from them. They told me that even though I can SEE THROUGH the towels they are as advertised and they refuse to refund me. Apparently its my fault they don't meet my high expectations!!! I'm reporting them to my card company. Awful company. Terrible service and nightmare to deal with

The 4 luxury Egyptian Cotton bathsheets that I bought for £10 that GoGroupie stated were normally priced at £90 are awful. Thin, not fluffy, I would not spend £5 on these. My dogs existing towels are better quality than this. Absolutely not what I was expecting to receive.

Beware of this company
I wish I has read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I bought a pair of slippers in October 2020. They were too small & narrow not like the photo. I returned them 1st class post with receipt of purchase on 11/11/20. After lots of emails I was finally told my refund would be paid into my a/c in december 2020. I have still not received it. I have not had any replies to my last emails so I asked PayPal for help. The case is still open. I will not order anything else from this company so please beware & avoid this company as they don't like giving refunds.

Avoid this diabolical company, absolutely disgusting customer service, ordered item on the 5th January only received item 6 weeks later after getting a 3rd party to step in to get a refund. Never responded to any of my messages and only did so after I initiated the 3rd parties involvement.....I too so wished I read the reviews before going anywhere near them.

Six days ago a reply was received from Homevibe requesting me to make contact which I did. They said a reply would be received within 48 hours. What a joke ! Still stand by my description that this is one of the most dodgy business' out there and would not recommend it to even my worst enemy.

Avoid at all costs. Dishonest, evasive and unscrupulous. I ordered two hoodies. They arrived several weeks later, and were poor quality. I 'requested' to return them (as they insist you do, and then don't reply to multiple emails asking for their return address). When I finally got 'permission', I returned them Royal Mail Signed For. I never got a refund. I eventually raised a dispute with Paypal, who said they'd contacted the seller and I needed to return the items in order to get a refund. They'd had them for weeks. But Paypal appear to believe that I've still to return them. My strong advice is to avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered two hoodies as a Christmas gift. One was delivered almost three weeks late and the other has never appeared. Homevibe have failed to show me any proof that the second hoodie was delivered, and appear to have given false evidence to PayPal when I raised a dispute. They have been slow, evasive and unhelpful during all of my dealings with them.
