Very disappointed

I have tried emailing you several times with no response. I placed an order in September 2020 and have not received my 2 pair of crocs, which you have already charged my credit card. I know the pandemic has created a lot of hardships for everyone but these crocs were a christmas gift. You have not responded to any of my emails and I sincerely do not want to take any further action. I certainly cannot give you a good review in this matter.

Finally got an email after several…

Finally got an email after several chasing emails to confirm the return address on 4th January, item was returned and signed for on 7th Jan. Still waiting for refund. Have sent several emails. One was responded to asking for tracking number which I sent and now gone silent on me again despite more chasing emails

wow disgusting!!!!!!

wow!!!!!!!! what else can be said absolutely fuming horrendous company rude isn't the word O.M.G saw a superking size 3D Bubble Duvet that I really liked and needed so I thought great, its thick cozy and really warm that wasn't the case. ORDERED this on the 8th of Jan 2021 and on the voucher it stated delivery was going to take 14days so it should have been here come the 14day turnaround it came towards the end of Jan near enough beginning of Feb all i kept getting was 'Hi please email homevibe ... so i did and it was 24-48 hour response they said// i was continuously confirming my mums name and delivery address and i asked them for a tracking number and where the hell was it till a customer service agent called shannon said it has now been re-dispatched not knowing where my other one was and then towards the end of the month it arrived , on their advert post what they put up it said it was amazing quality it did not keep me warm or cosy at night and on the day of delivery they sent me a tracking number it wouldve been nice if these people gave me it from the start good thing i emailed them if i didnt email them and spamming there emails i would have been 30.00 out of pocket let alone the other 4.99 for P&P I thought it would have been in with the price , poor quality 3d bubble duvet false advertisement becuase it said it was warm and cosy and really thick like hell it was , it was cheap tacky .... wont be ordering from there ever again now i know what i dealt with and the person who operates the phone messages 'Glenn ' you couldve at least gave me a call back instead of saying someone will get back to you later instead of saying ' im in the warehouse .... i dont want to sound like a karen but disgusting service

Ordered a mattress topper and duvet set…

Ordered a mattress topper and duvet set 10 December and paid for it. Nothing arrived so sent many emails. Eventually mid January got email wanting my address, even though they had it. Towards end of Jan, parcel arrived with mattress topper but no duvet set. Another set of emails sent but to date no reply.

4 x Wilsford Egyptian Cotton Jumbo Bath Sheets

I ordered the darker blue. Great colour. Washes and dries nicely after first wash. A couple of inches wider and a slightly better quality would have been preferred, even at the discounted price, I thought they would have felt softer. I haven't even used them yet so I do not know how they will stand the test of time regarding multiple washes..

Qualty not as desribed not extra thick. Not even thick. only states 100% Egyptian cotton on packaging not stated on the product. Just 100% cotton.

4 jumbo dish cloths in my opnion for 12.99 standard cheap bath sheets reduced from £99 very misleading advert on go groopie merchant being home vibe. yet Only reduced from £70 on home vide own website. So to be honest £12.99 is the true value for this cheap product. You get what you buy no saving just a sales gimmick. Won't buy from home vibe again.

Very Poor Company

I so wish I read these reviews before placing an order with this company. Like most of these reviews I placed an order and weeks later have not received it. I have tried emailing and got the standard response. I am fully expecting the standard response to this review everyone else has received. I will now take this up with trading standards, how this company can continue to trade is beyond me and not acceptable. Far too many people getting scammed.

ave not delivered on the specific address but advised me to meet somewhere in the city. I thought its free delivery? Why alleged consignee is not available? I ve been in my address the whole time. The rider is not competent. I have been to reach out but no response all..been texting and calling but of fail. Haysk so irresponsible. Hope management can look into this. So sad clients been blamed when ur staff has the flaws. Not interested anymore.

Ordered a gun massager on 2nd December…

Ordered a gun massager on 2nd December and received an automated email saying there was a delay in shipping which is understandable leading to the run up to Christmas. Tried to call to get an eta but got an message with an email address to send enquires to which I did with no response. Have tried to call and email again with no response. Are they a legitimate company? Worst service ever and if they fail to respond I will take this further! Do not buy from Homevibes as they a scam!!

Advertised as Luxury Egyptian Jumbo Bath Sheets don’t believe a word of it they are thin poor quality small bath towels which you would struggle to dry your hands thoroughly never mind your whole body Don’t fall for this so called offer and company they are an absolute disgrace.
