Absolutely the nastiest "Smoked Fish suppose to be Salmon" I have ever been charged 12.95 for Pathic attempt at processing a Salmon. So much unedible white fat. It must be a DOG Salmon they used to pretend to be a real edible Sockeye Salmon... I'm Alaskan and This " Salmon " is by far the Nastiest fish I have tried. Great for dog team but not for human consumption. I want a Refund.Just 1 more thing. The packaging states "Made in Colorado " I've must be to young to remember a Salmon run in any Colorado River ? Inland Salmon ? The not even enough water for Trout anymore in the Colorado River. Unhappy Alaskan

We unfortunately cannot control the prices our retailers set on the shelves and recommended using our online Store Finder to find additional retailers near you that might carry Honey Smoked Salmon at a lower price. Our Honey Smoked Salmon is 4-BAP or ASC certified ocean farmed, and is shipped fresh, never frozen, to our facility in Denver to smoke. The white material you noticed on your fillet is likely Albumin, which is an intramuscular protein no different than what you would find in marbled cuts of beef.
As a commercial customer
As a commercial purchaser, the customer service with HoneySmokedFish is by far the best.
