Excellent Channel Manager - We have used another channel manager, but really compare this one ! It is super simple and we migrate our all properties to here, but process was smoother than expected. Also initially we worried the customer service won't be available, but customer service was available whenever we needed, and very patient and understanding our problem. But , the drawback is they not supporting Xiao Hong Shu or Tik Tok, and some problem at lock, and owner (landlord) reporting lack of setting . But is ok, we understand no perfect one . So far we really satisfied and think this is very excellence.

i'm just a simple homeowner, but Hostex totally takes care of the hassle of managing even just a single home on all the short term hosting sites, and includes so many other features as a bonus, like my own booking site, and tasks and schedules for cleaners and other things. Customer service is great, and the site is simple to navigate.

I've been testing the software and have been impressed for the price. The support has been quick to respond, though I wish there were more introductory videos to guide you. I'm likely to be a long-term customer.

There was some hiccup with on boarding. If you are migrating from other PMS, don't forget to pause your listings to avoid double bookings etc.
But after on boarding, everything went well. Web and mobile UI experience is great. I especially like that I can assign tasks to cleaners without creating accounts for them.
Compared with other PMS I used, this one is definitely worth the money! 10/10!

With Hostex, I have all my messages from Airbnb and Vrbo integrated into one. Two functions I really like:
1. Messaging automation. Airbnb has it, but VRBO doesn't. With Hostex, I don't have to worry that I forgot to send my guests the check-in information. One suggestion, it would be even better if Hostex can send pictures like Airbnb and VRBO with messages.
2. Task assignment. I really like this function. I can assign my cleaning jobs to my two cleaning ladies with detailed requirements and pictures.
I'd love to recommend Hostex to fellow hosts.
