I tried multiple property management tools and this is the best :) it's the most affordable too

We love using hostex for all our properties. The software is easy to use and navigate. Other property management software had a steep learning curve that was frustrating to someone new to PMS. There isn’t a customer service to call but the virtual support gets back to you if you have any concerns. There are a few issues we’ve encountered with Vrbo syncing and pricelabs but it does notify us when these happens.

I’ve been using Hostex for my short-term rental properties, and it’s been a great experience. The platform makes channel management, guest messaging, and automation easy, all in one place. Syncing with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com works flawlessly, and the support team is responsive and helpful. The pricing is very competitive, and the features offered are excellent for the cost.

I have looked at a large number of options before subscribing to Hostex.
I love their offering including:
- ability to create a separate independent site for the property, integrated with the Hostex platform to eliminate 3rd parties, with direct payment processing
- ability to manage multiple properties
- ability to automate messages with configurable fields

I love the Customer service which is timely and helpful

I like it a lot, just that there are some features for us businesses that would be even better, like being able to print reservations, include if a direct reservation has paid or not, and calculate total price of the direct reservation automatically.

The software has become increasingly useful in our daily operations. It helps us focus our attention on our guests by providing meaningful and well-organized information. I have the impression that this is only the beginning the evolution of the platform has just started, and it’s getting better every month.

Being new in the STR business, with a full time job, I needed to have a system that would automate everything from managing calendars, email communication, smart-lock codes, etc. I have only one property in a market that does not offer a big profit margin, so I cannot afford to pay big monthly fees for a PMS and I certainly can not afford extra commissions on my bookings . Hostex was the only PMS in my budget. The beginning was a bit rough, as I did not know the STR related lingo, I had quite a hard time navigating the platform, setting up my account, but the staff at Hostex was always a click away, offering assistance when needed. Having a PMS has made my side hustle possible. It makes me look professional with automated emails, it allows me to stay stress free at work, I would not have the time or the focus needed to stay on top of things when people are booking on two different platforms. I absolutely recommend Hostex for anyone getting into the STR business, especially if your budget is tight and you only have one property you manage. The top customer service and the assistance they offer have made my onboarding in this field possible and I am confident it is going to play an important part in my future growth. I have been a customer for about two months now and I can not picture myself doing what I do without Hostex.

So far I'm pretty impressed by what I see. I want to change of PMS I have been using for years and I'm seriously considering Hostex. The support has been super responsive, their website support multiple localization even if not perfect yet, they have an AI that suggest messages that are relevant. They have everything I need. Good job!

I have been managing short term rentals for over ten years. In that time have used several large and small PMS systems. Every one has it's pros and cons. My benchmarks are reliability, ease of navigation on both computer and the app, fully functional from both (many are not), channel connections via api, price and last but not least, support.

Hostex does very well on all of them. Their platform is leapfrogging others with advanced features I have been looking for and not able to find on other platforms.

Their automations function very well with some very helpful features. There are some really great options they offer that I have been hoping for and not found until now.

We operate differently today that just a year ago and that has put a strain on our resources, they have features that have helped us use less people and more automation. That has lead to a better customer experience which is paramount in this business. Oh, and there is no extra charge for these features. That is huge to us with a large portfolio, others wanted large sums of money for inferior products that when we tried them they fell short.

I find Hostex reliable and very capable for my needs.

I've recently changed to this software. I find it very easy to use and customer service through their chats which I needed quite a bit getting set up we're very responsive. The only area where I feel they could improve is in their booking website it's a very basic site which works but would be nice if it had a little more design functionality. You can't beat their pricing.

Hostex works best for my business so far. As a channel manager/pms, it offers all functions that I need and improves the productivity. The technical support team is awesome.

What's not to like about Hostex? I put my budget and requirements into DeepSeek and Hostex came out #1. I can tell you it lives up to it's reputation. Great job team.

Just a feature request or 2. Preview on automated messages would rock my world. Also the direct booking needs improvement. My PayPal widget displays USD! So not useful ATM.

Support is great, feature set very good and for a small op like we have the budget is perfect. It delivers a great offering at a compelling price.

Pretty comprehensive features and very easy to use. Support service has been excellent. The direct booking integration could really use improvement, and I think smart lock integration should be included in the base subscription. But otherwise happy.
