I’ve just started setting everything up with this PMS, channel manager, and CRM, and it already feels like a great choice. It connects with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, and has its own booking engine. Pricing is really easy — you set it once and it updates across all channels.
I haven’t tried the messaging feature yet, but it looks very useful. Customer service has been excellent so far, which makes the start much easier. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value.

Hostex is a great platform and it has helped us build our bookings almost immediately. I like the automated functions that allow for better efficiency with communication. I found it a bit tricky to integrate at first but partly due to our own set up on the booking sites. The support team were quite responsive. We are still getting used to the new system and I believe there is more functionality that we can avail of that will make it help improve the management of our business. So far it's been a positive experience!

Hostex is very useful and offers all the features you'd expect from a pms. There's still plenty of room for improvement, but the team adds new features and updates regularly.
The value for money is excellent.
It's easy to understand, and the documentation is pretty good. And when we need advice, explanations or solutions to our problems, the support team responds quickly and usefully (although you do have to let them sleep, and they respond the next morning).
All in all, a very good experience with Hostex and I'm looking forward to future improvements though they need to improve their direct booking site and translations.

I have tried many PMSs (at least 20) and Hostex is the only one that I have found to be perfect in every way. It still has a lot of room for improvement and, as a developer with a keen eye for detail, I could list dozens of things, but in general everything works and it does what it needs to do to manage properties. The team is always working on it, so I'm sure that over time this software will get better and better. Although still in its infancy, even the integrated Booking Site is already much more mature than many competitors. The mobile app is missing a lot of things, but I only manage the calendar from my phone, and it already has everything I need. Support is the best. Unbeatable value for money!

Hostex has exactly what I need! I have one property which I rent short term and was searching for way to make guests upload their documents and after my approval they could receive check-in instructions. There were services that give you that option but they cost too much or there were cheap services but their ID collection methods are far from perfect. Hostex really gave me the solution for the above issue. Additionally, it has a variety of channel connections like Booking, Airbnb and even Google Vocation Rentals. Hostex also has an intuitive a beautiful interface with a functional app. Not to mention their low prices for what they offer. Completely worth it!

It does most of the things you need to manage your properties on multiple channels, customer support is incredibly responsive, price is unbeatable.
Things to improve: UI is not great looking, mobile app isn't supporting changing restrictions. Integration with booking.com is not fully automated - I couldn't find the way to just set base price and had to bulk edit prices in calendar.

All setup and technical issues have been resolved within 24 hours or less. I can honestly say my workload has significantly lessened thanks to Hostex. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!
