Amazing PMS
Amazing PMS, after Lodgify which has bugs in integration of the entities, Hostex is finally a PMS which works! The direct booking engine is also great! The only small wish is that they implement a dual-factor authentication soon.

Value for money
We’ve been using Hostex PMS for several months now and couldn’t be happier. Compared to other property management systems we trialed, Hostex offers incredible value, its pricing is far more affordable without compromising on the features we actually need.
The user interface is clean and intuitive, both on web and mobile. Whether I’m checking in on bookings from my laptop or managing guest messages on the go, everything is smooth and reliable.
What really stands out is their support team. Every time we’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. That level of responsiveness is rare and makes a huge difference when you’re managing multiple properties.
Highly recommend Hostex if you want a budget-friendly, easy-to-use PMS with solid support behind it.

Switched over to hostex did the annual deal for $195.80 USD a year (around $315AUD) (small bed and breakfast 3 rooms) Previously was with Myallocator (cloudbeds) who hiked their fees without warning to $146AUD per month ($1,752 yearly) when I previously paid $46AUD per month. So for 82% less cost I am getting more functionality easy to use system. I highly recommend hostex for those looking for an affordable option that works flawlessly.

The price is very good relative to quality service they provide. Customer service is active and answers within minutes. I have not experienced any disrupting bugs so far, calendar is synced well to Airbnb and Booking.com and I would say that the interface is quite user-friendly. i'm satisfied so far. recommended!

I switched over from lodgify and I am very satisfied with hostex. At a better price, they do offer a much more feature complete solution than lodgify. Only two things really missing is the possibility to have multiple language-support and a somewhat better website for a single Rental.

I switched over to Hostex because my last PMS wouldn’t let me import properties with different addresses.With Hostex, I can import ALL of my properties from all of the OTA’s I utilize. Of course, there are a few things that can be improved, but overall I’m very satisfied. This has helped me streamline my business in a big way. My assistant is very happy now. 😊

Hostex is a very helpful app for hosts.
Price / Benefit ratio is really good, its a very cheap service for all of what it gives back.

Excellent! After a horrendous experience with another tool, I tried out Hostex and it was the best decision. With the other tool, it took me 5 months to set everything up with a lot of back and forth communications with their Customer Support team. The Hostex setup is seamless. It took me just a few hours to connect the booking channels and create a website for my property. The integrations with the booking channels (booking.com and Airbnb) work brilliantly and I don't have any price discrepancies.
It's great value for money and I totally recommend this tool.

They allow scammers to list holiday rentals
As mentioned in a previous review by another person, they aren't very secure and I too was scammed by a customer of Hostex who set up a fake listing (unlike airbnb) they obviously do not have security checks for listing holiday rentals

This website allows scammers to impersonate real rental properties. I was scammed. I would recommend using more high profile websites and not this website.

Best channel manager on the market 2024
Searched for the best value CMS for money and stayed for features and reliability.
Using it for 3 months now and I like it very much. As a manager from eastern Europe where renting rates are lower that EU and USA and using Lodgify, Hostaway and etc is unprofitable, this one was a surprise.
Customer support is very decent and really dig deep into the problem and you don't wait 3 -5 business days for an answer.
There is almost no features missing here and they improve every month. If they don't rise the price I think this will probably stay the best channel manager on the market.

Do not use this website
Do not use this website. Hostex caused massive problems with bookings for my listings. They basically took over Booking.com blocked all availability for me costing me thousands of dollars in bookings. It's been two weeks now and cannot use Booking.com despite cancelling the service. I am now looking at deleting my listings and starting all over again. Do not use this website!

Best Vacation Rental Software. The price they charge and features they provide in return are totally amazing. I have been in the hosting business since 2019. I tried a lot of renowned softwares but the price they charged were very high and in low booking seasons it was difficult to manage pricing. But when it comes to Hostex, I never felt a burden.

We also provided you with a 15-day free trial and sent multiple emails to your registered email address, including a special early bird discount offer, but we did not receive any response from you.
We value each and every one of our users, but we believe that your negative review is unfounded and disrespectful. We hope you understand that we need to sustain our business operations in order to continue providing high-quality services to all of our users.
