My VPS (VPSID 4964) is currently not reachable (status: offline, restart unsuccessful), which is causing a full service outage on my side.

I have already opened a support ticket, but so far I have only received a generic response referring me to the knowledge base. I have already gone through all relevant articles while waiting. (The last time a similar outage occurred, it lasted an entire day without any status updates.)

The VPS is paid for until December, and there was no prior notification about any maintenance.

Since this is time-sensitive, I would really appreciate:

any update on the status

confirmation if this is a known issue

and an estimated timeframe for resolution, if possible

At the moment, the lack of communication is the main concern.

Good price and worked well for a number of months then all of a sudden VPS offline I check their panel it says suspended due to "Copyright" no notice nothing, opened a ticket February 27th, 2026 its now March 13 still no response, whats the point of a VPS where they suspend it without notice and never reply to tickets, luckily I was not using it for anything important.

Do not buy this!
Never responded! Most of the time is not work! Never again!

Super poor customer support.
My tickets have not been answered for weeks and nobody bother to reply or update on my VPS support issues.

My business has been badly affected and we have to look for another provider to migrate my system.
