Brilliant service - 100% recommend
The quote experience was very professional and every time I rang for an enquiry it was answered. Unbelievable value for price we thought, took all stress of moving away.
On the day of the removal, the 2 removal lads (Ian and George) turned up and immediately started work. Nothing was an issue, any problem I had they had a solution. Made the whole moving part of the day enjoyable, had a great laugh along the way which made it even better.
Would 100% recommend Hoults removals to anyone needing removals, if you get Ian and George as your removal men you are sorted

Great service from start to finish
Great experience using Hoults from when we first enquired through to moving day. Megan was really helpful at the booking stage, providing us with the info we needed without being pushy. The two guys on the day were excellent - they worked so hard getting our many boxes out of one house and into the new one and worked very quickly. Everything was taken care of and looked after. Excellence service for removal from Northumberland to the south east . Both teams of packers at each end were professional and friendly and very respectful of my property and its contents . Megan , who organised all the logistics was especially kind , changing our dates and helping us throughout . She really eased a stressful move with her excellent customer service . Reasonable prices as well compared to other quotes . Happpy and would definitely recommend!

We moved at the end of August
We moved at the end of August. Absolutely first class service. The team were fabulous. Very professional and friendly. Everything from heavy objects to fragile ornaments were successfully transferred seamlessly to our new home. Thank you hoults we definitely recommend you.

Good service
Megan who I communicated with in the office was fantastic as I’d had my belonging moved and stored with hours for two years. She then quickly arranged for them to be moved in to my new house. All my furniture was protected and in the state I had left it. I will say it is quite expensive to have it delivered when I had already paid storage for two years, maybe there should be some sort of discount taking that into consideration.

Excellent service from Hoults again. Removal team worked really hard to pack, load and deliver. Nothing was damaged, they took good care of our belongings and walked around the whole house before they left to ensure we were happy with everything. This is the second time we have used Hoults, they are first class. Megan, our move manager was excellent on both occasions, so friendly and efficient.

5 star experience
AARON and his 2 helpers worked like trojans, non-stop to clear the old house in 3 hours and load everything into the new house, which took more than 3 hours. They all had a positive attitude and a smile throughout the move, which was from Essex to Durham, over 2 days. Nothing was too much trouble, such as moving the lorry several times to give neighbours access to parking areas; and moving the heavy furniture around the new place to find the best position for it.

Taking the stress out of moving
Moving home must rate as one of the more stressful experiences, and the actual process of packing up your old home and physically relocating is a major part of that stress. It's no exaggeration to say that I was dreading it.
Hoults Removals made my recent move pretty much perfect and pain free: the team were thoroughly professional, friendly, technically competent, and clearly knew their stuff. At both ends - from my old home to my new home - I can honestly say that Hoults took the stress out of moving. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and I'd certainly use them again.

The Best Move Ever (July 29th/30th)
We had the best experience with Hoults Removals. Megan was our main contact with the company. Her patience was legendary, as we kept changing the moving date due to delays whilst purchasing our apartment. We had done our own packing, but in under 4 hours the driver, Joseph, and two guys local to London, quickly and efficiently packed the contents of our crammed 2 bedroom apartment into the truck. The next day Joseph & two new guys, local to Morpeth, then transported our furniture up 4 flights of stairs, and carried a library of book boxes to our top floor apartment. Again, it was quick and efficient and all done with a wicked sense of humour, for which we were very grateful. Everything arrived intact, nothing was damaged, and it was the smoothest and most hassle-free of the many moves we’ve done over the years. Thank you. 🙏
P.S. Sorry I couldn’t remember your names, guys - but I did warn you I’d forget.
