Dealing with Edel was a true pleasure. Her wealth of experience and advice was very much appreciated. We purchased a beautiful oval table and waiting on a delivery. Overall great experience. Looking forward to shop there again.

Banbridge Closing down sale, everything must go….. found a sofa we liked and asked for the best price with the only further discount applied being free delivery, ok fine. Went to their online sales and found the sofa at a cheaper price with free delivery included. The MD dismissed my feedback that they where being dishonest having a closing down sale yet charging more for the sofa. Instead blaming us for wasting an hour off his salespersons time and he is not responsible for online pricing errors. Not the most pleasant interaction and took no blame for their obvious error while calling us time wasters.

Took a longer to come but they both came in Great condition and the delivery mans where wonderful

No customer service. Delay in providing bed over and above expected delivery date. Contact details for delivery misleading at best. Manager was supposed to investigate and respond. No response obvious indication of what they think of their customers.
Stay clear, attract you in with cheaper prices but obviously you only get cheaper service.

Never again will we buy from house proud as all there furniture was faulty, not only that trying too get our money back is a night mere, not a thing was satisfactory and legs missing off a chair ,table joints sitting high .the unit we ordered was wrong size and then told it was never available, big mistake too even go near them after spending over 2thousand pounds.better going too a wee store ,then thr staff gave no reason for the fault and passed it on too customers service .they tried but then area manager had too be involved, still not satisfactory with him either.stay away if u don't want bother .

Unable to contact anyone about my furniture, and when it was finally delivered three of the chair's have faults, hoping to have my table delivered next month.
Have rang numerous times and still no response.

Purchased a suite, not yet delivered. Over the weekend it is on sale for £100 less than what we paid. May not seem a lot but to a pensioner, it is. Rang their customer service yesterday, was told a manager would call me back, no phone call. Very poor customer service, I hope we don't gave any further issues. BUYER BEWARE!

Staff were very helpful and when we had to change our order because original seat was to big it was no problem. Our furniture arrived as planned and the delivery was excellent. All round pleasant experience.
