Have been a customer for several years. Service has been awful off and on for those years. Recently had a technician out and a week later service was back out. They have credited my account so much due to awful service the last refund required a supervisors approval. Currently i had my service on suspension and called to cancel my service but there is such a language barrier no staff can ever understand the issue. The agent set my service to be cancelled on the end of my billing cycle. Then they unsuspended my service and charged me around $10 for days whem my service was cancelled. Agent assured me I wouldn't be billed but as of right now it shows they will be billing me tomorrow. Would not recommend their service to anyone at all!!!!

Hughes Net really tries to make your experience with their Internet better. I’m a widow now and on a budget so I watch TV. I’m on my phone and I seem to go over my package, but Hughesnet is always working with me and helping me get my bill where I can afford it and I love them for that thank you
Two day delivery takes more than two days
We needed a new modem to replace one that stopped working. We DID receive the new one and it works fine. Our only complaint is that the first customer service rep promised the modem would be delivered in two days. It took nearly a week. Since my husband works from home, this was a big inconvenience. We were given a credit on our bill for the down time. But it would have been much better for us to be told a true delivery timeline and prepare for a delay than to be misled.
