I've never felt so utterly hopeless. It all started on a language exchange app. I connected with someone who offered to show me the ropes of flash loan trading. To build trust, they forwarded 4.44 BTC to my wallet to register on their platform. I followed their lead, traded, and actually withdrew 6.47 BTC. Convinced it was real, they urged me to scale up. I risked money borrowed from family totaling $695,805. My dashboard skyrocketed to $6,531,485. Thrilled, I attempted to pull out $6,138,898, only to be hit with a 8% network validation fee amounting to $491,111. Desperate, I scrambled to pay it, relying on my previous successful withdrawal as proof it worked. Then came a demand for a 31% secondary tax. The illusion shattered. I contacted authorities who pointed me to a on-chain tracking firm (Fiscop Advisor). Their investigators tracked the BTC straight to Coinbase, identified the culprit's bank details, and successfully recovered the stolen funds.

They have been holding my money over week, I can not reach or talked with anyone else

I have an account on the Icrypex Global platform with an approximate balance of over 60,000 USD. Despite having fully completed and approved all KYC (identity verification) procedures, my withdrawal requests have not been processed for approximately 10 months.

On the system, my withdrawal requests appear as “pending,” yet none of the requested funds have been transferred to my account.

During this period, I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests at different times. Some of them I canceled myself due to the excessive waiting time; however, there are still requests that remain pending, and I am effectively unable to access my funds.

Being unable to use over 60,000 USD of my balance has caused me serious financial distress.

Throughout this process, I have contacted company representatives multiple times. Among the individuals known to have information and authority within the company are Chairperson Ezgi Almaç İçer and Sales Manager Sinem Günay. In every live chat and phone call, I have been told that the matter is “under review,” yet no clear payment date has been provided and no concrete solution has been offered.

Despite not being asked to provide any additional documents, identity verification, or fulfill any further requirements, my withdrawal requests are still not being processed.

As this issue has not been resolved, I have initiated legal proceedings against the company and the relevant individuals.

My request remains clear: I demand that the balance of over 60,000 USD in my account be returned to me in full without any delay, and that all pending withdrawal requests be processed immediately.

Withdraw Problem
The company hasn’t been approving its customers’ withdrawal requests for about a year. It’s completely unreliable. They constantly make sales calls trying to get you to deposit more funds, but as soon as they hear about your problem, they disappear. What’s more, I suspect they’ve posted fake reviews here recently. You can find more enjoyable ways to gamble with your money. Don’t get scammed.

Icrypex won't let me withdraw my money. My first withdrawal transaction has been pending for three days. The first manager wrote that the withdrawal would be processed after he called me during business hours and confirmed the transaction. Another manager wrote that he had forwarded my withdrawal request to the department, which would contact me. No one has contacted me. This exchange does not inspire confidence. I have lost money and time.

Since the Türkish entity got a trustee assigned back in August, the "global" entity's activities were stopped simutaneously. The turkish entity reopened under the trustee and investors could get their money back but nothing on the global side. İt has been 3 months that they are withholding my money, you cant reach them and representatives are resigning one after the other. Aside from 3 statements on their telegram group, no communication or real explanation was given as to why we can't withdraw our money.

Even one star is too much. It has been 3 months that I cannot get my funds out of my account. They keep giving me the same information saying that all accounts are being checked and it will be released shortly. But I lost so much with no legit reason
