Who are they?

No idea who they are but they’ve taken money out of my account! I’ve just noticed two payments have been taken without my consent.

I have had £29.85 taken out of my account by these people without my consent and I don’t know how they did it. There is no way to contact them to get it back and my bank will not give me the money back which I am annoyed with. I have had to cancel my card and freeze the account for the time being. Disgusting how they can get away with this

Advice

Advice for anyone hit with charges by this company (scam artists)

1. Call your bank and get a block for any further transactions from them.
2. Also these types of "services" can possibly pass on your card details to other sketchy companies so get your fraud department to manualy scan for any upcoming payments that are due to come out and block them.
3. Get your bank to also remove your card details online from all websites.
4. Speak to the dispute team department at your bank and get money back.
5. Obviously cancel your card and get a new one to replace it with new details
6. Don't apply for loans online again.

A service I never solicited, trying to get paid!!!

I woke up this morning with a notification that an attempt to get £29.85 from my Starling debit card was unsuccessful. I checked, and it appears that I signed on for regular payments to this ID Hub! When? How come I have no recollection of ever signing up for this organisation's services?

I tried to log in on the ID Hub website. I could not because I am not a subscriber! Well, if I am not a subscriber, then why were they trying to get a payment off me?!!

This level of dirty tricks is unacceptable. If there isn't a law against it, there ought to be. When writing reviews, I usually warn readers not to sign up for an unscrupulous business's services. But, in this case, it seems one gets signed up anyway.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. It's disgusting. £29.95 taken out of my account every few days and it's taken months to find out who they are and how to cancel it. Only by another user posting on here have I managed to find them. I've emailed, asked them to stop taking my money and to refund me. Where can I report them for scamming, they've taken over £100 from me

loan check fraud

This is a scam related to carrying out credit checks. Like others, I was debited £0.15, then subsequent withdrawals from my TSB account took place for £29.85 over three months until TSB stopped it, and refunded me the full amount today. I required changing my bank card also to resolve the matter. Do not trust this company whatsoever. They appear to be fraudulently signing people up for a subscription without your consent. It is fraud - and it is also theft.
