Resin dip
They had run out of one product. They offered a delay or send it without it. I was able to pick another colour, no problem. Beautifully and carefully packaged when it arrived.

My go to craft company!
You can't get better customer service in the UK. From initial order to fast delivery, knowing that Abigail and Melody are taking great care along the way with my order, especially when its a last minute order for a workshop, gives a huge sense of relief. This is a brilliantly run, friendly family business, selling excellent products for crafters.

I ordered dipping resin, wire and a wool block. The parcel arrived in under 48 hours, with each part well-wrapped in recyclable packaging. Everything was as I wanted and the products are good quality.

Everything arrived safely because it was so meticulously packaged. I was very happy with my kits from Inion Arts. The resin kit included enough resin to make 240 leaves or flowers, all at a very good price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new craft to try. 💐 🌹 🌻 🌷 🌼

Beautiful product
I loved the product I received especially the turquoise dreams but unfortunately I was refunded for the fuchsia as it was out of stock which was a bit disappointing. I can't fault the customer service or product both are amazing.

I am sorry the Fuchsia was out of stock (it is back in stock now). We create a lot of our own resin colours and the dye we use for Fuchsia is the one we use most frequently and for some reason more people than was anticipated wanted pink-based colours in April! Turquoise Dream is lovely but I think that the new colour Periwinkle Shimmer beats them all! Thank you for your lovely review.

I like to have a hard copy but the format of the download doesn’t work with printing.

It is a shame but it is a fact that certain operating systems, such as those for iPads will not enable you to download PDFs. If you can access a laptop then the instructions will download easily.
