Over the past six months we have completed a full dental treatment, including implants and crowns, and everything was performed professionally and with great care.

Ive just returned from the clinic in Istanbul, having 20 crowns , from the first interaction to leaving with my final results has been absolutely outstanding, friendly staff, informative itinerary sent daily, pristine clinic, beautiful apartment and all aspects of the whole trip was taken care of. The aftercare follow up daily are also very much appreciated, great value for money and a very natural finish 👏

My experience with International Plus Hospital in Istanbul has been nothing short of exceptional—from start to finish. My full treatment took around a year due to how badly damaged my teeth and gums were, requiring two separate trips. Each time I arrived, I was met by experienced, professional staff across every department. The hospital was spotless, everyone was respectful, and I always felt completely looked after.

A special mention has to go to my amazing coordinator, Eddie Nelson. What a guy! I must have sent him over a hundred messages with questions, worries, and updates, and he replied the same day every single time. He genuinely held my hand through what was not only a major dental journey, but a very difficult personal chapter of my life. His support meant the world.

My dentist was equally incredible—kind, patient, and understanding of all my fears and concerns. And Robert, who organised every detail of the planning, including private transfers to and from both the airport and the clinic, made the whole process completely stress-free. Not once did I have to wait around.

My journey is finally complete, and although I almost feel sad that it’s over, I’m beyond impressed with my results. The professionalism, the care, and the natural-looking smile I now have—one I’ve missed for over 20 years—are truly life-changing.

Do not trust this clinic. agents will promise you one price, but when you arrive to Turkey, the prices will increase rapidly. there will be all kinds of additional manipulations. My price increased by 1260€. They realize that you are already there and agree to everything. The aesthetic improvement of the teeth was finished only the evening before departure, the anesthesia of the dentist wears off only in the evening of that day. When you realize that something is not right, then you are already on the flight home. People come to this clinic in droves, go like on a conveyor belt and accordingly do not take care of anyone. At the beginning of the process you have to pay in advance for everything that could be planned to be done - which the doctor adds extra. as a result, you also pay for services that are not provided, but they do not return the money.

I recently had extensive dental work at International Plus Dentistry, including five root canals and 24 crowns, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of care I received.

My dentist, Dr. Izzet, was outstanding. His calm manner, clear explanations, and precision made a very intense treatment plan feel so much easier to get through.

I also want to mention Nidhal, the translator. He was really lovely and always ready to help — even though, in truth, Dr. Izzet spoke such fluent English that Nidhal barely got a chance to do his job! Still, he added kindness, reassurance, and organisation to the whole process.

A huge thank you as well to Zach, my coordinator both in the UK and in Turkey. He honestly has the patience of a saint. He checked in constantly, answered every single question (and there were plenty!), and made me feel supported from start to finish.

I also want to add something that mattered a lot to me: I travelled alone as a single mum with my 4-year-old, and I was just as nervous about managing her as I was about the dental work. But the clinic were wonderful with her. They were kind, patient, and so understanding. Dr. Izzet and his nurse were amazing—even while she happily blasted the iPad at full volume during my treatments! They took it all in their stride and made us both feel comfortable.

The whole team has been professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. I’m grateful for their support and the beautiful results so far.

THE TRANSLATORS WERE BARELY AROUND AND WERE A BIT RUDE TO ME AROUND PAYMENTS, THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN THINGS WELL AND WERE HARDLY PRESENT.
THE ONLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES I HAD WERE A NICE MAN WHO I THINK WAS A SECURITY GUARD WAS KIND, THE HOSPITAL NURSES WERE VERY KIND AND THE HOTEL WAS FAB BUT I PAID TO UPGRADE MY ROOM, AND NINA MY MEDICAL ADVISOR HAS BEEN LOVELY.
I WAS THERE DAYS BEFORE AND DURING EID SO I THINK FASTING WAS AN ISSUE AND THEN EVERYONE WAS ON HOLIDAY FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS I WAS RECOVERING WHICH IS WHY I THINK MY SURGERY APPOINTMENT WAS SUDDENLY CHANGED FROM THE MONDAY TO THE SATURDAY AT THE LAST MINUTE TO SUITE THE SURGEONS PUBLIC HOLIDAY PLANS.....I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE I NEVER SAW HIM POST SURGERY AND EVEN WHEN I HAVE BEEN SENDING PICTURES HIGHLIGHTING MY CONCERNS I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with International Plus Hospital.
The clinic sends out identical, copy-paste treatment plans to everyone, without any personalization or proper medical review. They also claim to be the only clinic in Turkey officially working with the Swiss brand Straumann — which is simply not true and sounds absurd to anyone familiar with the dental market.

When I mentioned that I had found another clinic for comparison, the tone of communication completely changed. The representative became rude and unprofessional, even making indirect threats like:

“When exactly are you coming? What date? We will meet you personally!”

Such behavior is unacceptable for a medical institution.
I strongly do not recommend this clinic — especially communicating with the Russian consultant Milana Sultanova, whose attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

You can be rest assured you will be very safe with this company. I have used them for my teeth perfect and for any operations I give them a big recommendation.

You shouldn't read all those positive reviews about this International Plus clinic, because they offer tempting bonuses like cash and discounts for your positive reviews and referrals. You should read honest reviews from people who have experienced problems caused by the clinic. For some reason, many negative reviews are deleted, preventing future clients from seeing the real picture. The real picture is that this clinic is unqualified. All procedures and manipulations are performed by young guys in medical uniforms, whose education and qualifications are highly questionable. I asked to see documents but was ignored. It seems that both the medical staff and the building itself are fake.
In my case I had dental crowns installed, brow and a hair transplant through this clinic and was given $400 discount for doing several procedures,I chose a doctor to perform the procedure, specifically asked for him. But when I arrived at the procedure they assigned another person, some young guy to do the hair transplant.I don’t know if it was a doctor or someone practicing. I was not able to ask anyone because it was after midnight and there was no interpreter there with me, though International Plus promised one. They promised that interpreter will be with me at every stage. But there was noone to translate and there were no checkup visits after that, no medications, no aftercare products, nothing. There were no replies to my messages and phone calls when I called to ask them for medication name to bring my temperature down . Only now, four weeks later they are saying that they gave me a discount and that is why I was not qualified for all those check ups after the surgery, medications and aftercare procedures . What a nonsense .Three weeks later, inflammation and other related problems developed. Now is week 4, I still have a fever and infected gums. I will be sending all legal documentation from my dentist to International Plus with proof that work that they have done is unprofessional. I’m going to take my crowns off, do root canals again and put new crowns. I Tried to contact International Plus But the clinic no longer responds to messages as quickly, efficiently, and politely as before. I made a full payment and I’m not a valued customer for them anymore, though I was promised 500 euros for every reference and good review. Wow! No wonder there is 5K positive reviews. It's outrageous that they deceived me not only about the quality of the materials but also about the promised services. complaint is useless; they respond rudely and within a week. Don't skimp on your health by choosing a cheap clinic. Because you'll have to redo it later, and that's much more expensive. Don't choose International Plus under any circumstances. Ignore their commercials; they look beautiful and promising. But in reality, they're all fake. Take the time to find a real, reputable clinic.

I didn’t choose a cheaper package, there was no one and I was not offered one. Your manager offered me a discount because I chose several procedures.
Also,I was told that clinic offers €500 for every referral and review. You need to ask you stuff about that. Isn’t it in your policy?

I had an excellent experience with international plus dental clinic in Istanbul!i have done my teeth on 2022,I had a Excellent result and on October 2025 my partner had Excellent experience in international plus! Also when we were in clinic doctor checked out my teeth and he fixed my small issue free of charge because of guarantee! We are so happy and feel safe with this clinic! I need to say big thanks to Dr kariem and Johana and all members and implement doctor and other members!
