Very good price compared with other sites, and very good personal service. Although would like to have gotten code a little sooner, but bf4 is a big release so i understand the delay. i would recommend this site if you want to save a little money on game purchasing.

Ordered Battlefield 4 and got it today. It is recommendable and the fastest way to contact Intkeys is over Facebook.

Some time ago I decided to upgrade my Starcraft version to HotS, and I thought that I might take a look at the cheaper alternatives to buying it directly from Blizzard. Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews of INTKEYS when i decided to make the purchase - I was kind of winging it.

The advertised 3 hours are long past, as are the 24 hours - it's been 5 days and still not a sign of the CD Key, and no responses to my mails inquiring about the status of the order. As many other reviews will state - this site has literally NO SUPPORT. The website client used for contacting isn't giving answers, the mails directly to support have never been answered, and the Skype "livestream" as one would expect, is always OFFLINE despite stating the opposite. I have lost hopes of getting the CD Key from some russian scam site, let alone the 10% discount.

I have already contacted my bank regarding fraud and they are seeing how they can help me. This is by far the worst experience I have had with online purchases and I highly recommend anyone thinking about online CD Keys to PURCHASE ELSEWHERE.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

P.S. Don't bother flagging this as a fake interview, INTKEYS. I have plenty of e-mails and bank transfer history to back this up and republish.

EDIT: Received my CD Key on September 2nd - that's more than 2 weeks more than expected. Still no answers to any e-mails and probably no discount of 10% due to delay.

Simple click and buy, VPN documentation, great prices and fast deliveries. Intkeys has never let me down and i will always check their site before i purchase any game :}

Bought a key, received an invalid key. After contacting support it took 5 days to get the first answer and the answer was not helpful at all, 3 days later I got another answer that said they forwarded me to the order manager. 10 days later still no answer from the order manager. Filed a paypal dispute, paypal sided with intkeys so the money is lost and I'll never receive the cd-key.

Good company altogether just needs major improvement in the customer service area. I enjoyed the prices but the key took almost 2-3 days to arrive. When a 24 hour guarantee is made I expect it to be followed through with.

Hoping to get my 10% back.

I would recommend Intkeys to people who have patience.

They have good prices, support is a little bit slow, but by no means abysmal. Have purchased from them multiple times and receive the key usually the same day, if not then next day for sure.

Overall they are a good company and i will do business with them again.

Prices aren't all that better than other sites, their 'fast' delivery is laughable, and good luck getting them to reply to any kind of communication.

This has happened to both of my orders spaced over a year apart, ignore this company like the plague.

Support non existent, key still not received. Luckily I paid with Paypal so I can start a dispute to get my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs, there are plenty of stores out there that are trustworthy.

Well here how to goes, it seems they are cheaper than every online store, BUT NOT THAT MUCH, its just 1-2$ price difference. believe me those 2$ dont worth the hassle and the wait while no response from anyone by these assholes.

Here how it went, i bought BF3 Limited edition on 19th of april, they say it will take max 24h, after 24h still nothing, i contacted support and sent them my order NO. asking for my key. NO RESPONSE, tried to call them on skype, no response, tried their FB pgae, no response.

so i've waited till 30h, and guess what, an email updating my order to ID verification needed, I'VE ALREADY VERIFIED MY ID AND UPLOADED MY ID PHOTO WHEN I CREATED MY ACCOUNT, anyway, i reuploaded the scanned ID again, after 2 hours the order became again processing and it has been around 3 days till now and never got my key.

eventually i know i will get my key, but very bad service, go to onlinekeystore, CJS-Keys, gamerkeys.net, CdKeysHere, better support, instant delivery, higher in price by 2-3$.

UPDATE: after spaming them with emails and FB messages, they replied on FB after 3 days saying this game is out of stock and having problems to get it although their website states that there are more than 200+ in stock, i kept spamming their support and FB page asking for refund and ofcourse no replies. anyway, i got my key after 5 days and they said i will get 10% refund due to delay, never got it. i'm not happy because they are dishonest unlike other online stores, if they had proper support and replied to me and been honest about it and offered a refund, i would greatly appreciate it. And to make things worse, they reported this review to trust pilot as fake, how pathetic, LOL. so i sent all necessary proofs to trustpilot and they republished my review.

I'm not sure how ppl would give them 5 stars, maybe because if the game was new and they have plenty of stock, they will deliver, but when the game becomes out of stock, you will live the nightmare for those who gave it bad review.

This service is great if you don't mind waiting a couple extra hours, there was no answer on Skype, nor Facebook, still got the game 24 hours after I ordered it, and the prices are lower compared to steam or amazon, so I'll be buying more games from this site.

Had a Diablo and SC bought from those guys. I had a small delay for the keys but everything was smooth.

I will try them again in the future.
