They disconnected me from service, but charge me monthly in spite I unsubscribed two months ago
I unsubscribed from Investing Pro 2 months ago, and immediately was disconnected from the service. In spite of being unsubscribed, they charged me month by month. I wrote to them and demanded they stop charging, but they ignored it. Bad service, fraudulent behavior. Beware of this company.

Canceled the account soon after sign up…
Canceled the account soon after sign up but they shut of access immediately instead of permitting me to use the service for the remaining period that I paid for, 1 month. So credit card is chasing them for a prorated refund.
In the meantime they have charged me again for the next month.
Got a fight on my hands with this predatory company.
Waste of time but I will not let it go.......
There was a message sent but did not make sense in that your customers will not drill into the fine details on subscription services and you are handling this in a very different way than others.
