Invisible hearing Aid from Invisible Company
The following message was sent to the company upon receiving the ear pieces, yet as no reply was received it was re-sent a few days later, in that message I advised the company that failing a response I would be forced to seek other avenues to attract attention. As over a week later, the company has never bothered to answer my message nor even acknowledge it has received my query, I feel I need to advise others, who may be contemplating buying the hidden hearing device, that the company does not appear to view customer service as importantly as it perhaps might.
"The instruction book is inadequate and appears to have been written by an illiterate, furthermore, I am not completely happy with my purchase. For example, what am I to do with the wafer-thin plastic cones? They seem to be additional pieces to be fixed on to the hearing aids, but the instruction book does not say. In my opinion they appear to be flimsy items that might get stuck in my ears, other people might agree. Additionally, small screwdrivers are included, with absolutely no explanation for why they are there, presumably to change the batteries, but where and how will the batteries be changed? On your website, there is mention of a ‘Wax Guard’, but it was not in my package, nor was there any reference to it in the instruction book. Finally, I was instructed to charge the ear pieces, initially, for 8 hours, however, the green light appeared after only an hour. My question therefore, is this: will I damage the earpieces if I continue to charge them for the 8 hours, again this is not mentioned, which appears to be a serious oversight?"
The above could have simply been covered in a comprehensive and literate manual; and should that manual be available to download on-line, it would not only give the customer a more confident feeling in the company, but also save the company the expense of having that tiny, difficult to read and totally inadequate instruction book printed.
