Invoice Home has worked well for the…

Invoice Home has worked well for the last few years, then today the system didn't recognize my email address. I spoke with someone who recommended I send an email to support. However, they reset my password, but the email still wasn't recognized. I had to create a new account with the SAME email address and now all of my historical data is gone. I've sent several emails and tried the number again. Now it's conveniently busy. Wow!! Just Wow! My issue has not been resolved and today in billing. I rely on this system and now must switch to something else.

I duplicated an invoice because I…

I duplicated an invoice because I wanted to create a new one for the same customer (but for a lower amount), and immediately after duplication I was told "you have reached your free plan limit (1000 USD)". The new invoice that I wanted to create would have been for about 100 USD at most, so the total would have been nowhere near 1000 USD, but because the original invoice that I was using as a template was worth around 500 USD it immediately blocked my account - it did not let me edit the new invoice at all. Now I have to wait a month for my account to be unlocked. The opposite of user friendly. Switching to a different website asap.

You could have created a new invoice for your specific customer without duplicating the original, which put you over the limit. You can make use of this plan for as long as you like. Terrible

Terrible. I really dislike these companies that allow you to waste your time making something using their platform and when you've completed it THEN asking for payment to actually download it. Scummy.

Ive been using invoice home for about 4…

Ive been using invoice home for about 4 years never had a problem and just sudenlly it has logged me out and now i cant access it to get back in. I have emailed invoice home but getting no answers or reply's, all my invoices are in the app paid and unpaid, so know and i cant get paid for invoices.

Excellent invoicing program at an affordable cost. The invoices are nicely formatted and easy to issue. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive.

They shut down my account

They shut down my account, explaining that the bot system picked up fraudulent activities, when I never finalized they reoccurring weekly statements after I billed the Selective Service System for identity theft and I never was "ever" in the military but they were collecting monthly checks in my name, without my consent nor knowledge for the transactions. They also changed their ✉️ email address so that I wouldn't email them as well for the funds they owe me still, which is a ponzi, racketeering, embezzlement by force scheme 👀! One agent reset my account but when I didn't finish the weekly reoccurrence setup, the bot shut it down again. I didn't finish the setup because PayPal for some odd reason is not activating my account, after adding my business information and proof and they wouldn't reinstate the account for tax purposes as as my intellectual property, with prejudice!

I see the reply below but I don't need to email no one else but all they should do is take the bot block off my account, so I can get a copy of my files and keep it pushing. I don't like how the agents handled this situation and I'm the golden [child] one and never should be handled the way I've been mistreated. They have my ghost account invoice and I'm the one who gave up the ghost for remission of everyones sins of skin. #OldSoulReturn. They got my email and they know who IAm.

I like using Invoice Home

I like using Invoice Home. It is affordable, easy to use and looks professional. I have used other catering software that does give out quotes and invoices, but cost much much more. The things that holds me back from the 5 star rating are as follows. When you change a clients quote to invoice, the program replaces the dates and terms with a different invoice. Also when you copy and edit an order the same thing happens. I also wish the dates stay in the order because once you leave the page and go back you have to fix the dates. The program is wonderful and definitely helps you to keep your clients events in order as well as who has paid and has not.

I've been trying to cancel my monthly…

I've been trying to cancel my monthly subscription payments for the past 5-6 months. I've contacted Invoice Home repeatedly who assure me they will stop taking payments but still keep taking payments. I've tried to contact my bank to stop these payments but due to the way payments are taken out, the only way I can do this is through the company itself. So frustrated with this company and how it treats customers especially. DO NOT USE!
