*****SCAM****** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
It looks very convincing ,the emails seem very professional but when I’ve emailed back and forth I got the word for word emails ,ordered my mask 2 months ago and still not arrived and now not responding because it is a scam ,avoid at all costs!! I was convinced because of how well established the website seemed and it was being advertised on Snapchat ,do not purchase the mask!!

I ordered my mask on the 11th October this has to be a scam I’m reporting to my bank ASAP ! Aaron you say 5 to 10 days what am I now day 40 total scam please don’t order from this site ! I will be reporting this to trading standards ‘ ! I’m not expecting a reply ! Liz Leahy

Ordered a mask on the 23rd October and still haven’t received my item nor a email?

Has anyone actually received their items?

I ordered the voice activation mask on the 24/10/2020. The order finally arrived on 20/11/2020 and was nothing like what was advertised on the website.

I ordered on 23rd October. This site is a scam. I ordered 2 masks and have had no correspondence to any emails I've sent. Furthermore everytime I click on site it tells me the domain is for sale. Not sure if I'll get my money back either as I ordered on my debit card.
Do not order from this site.

Same here, I fell for it and now my 6 year old who is a big Iron Man fan is so heart broken I can't believe these people are still online and in business

Yep, like the others here, I also fell for this scam. Looks like a fake company with a (very good) fake website. I've also applied for a chargeback from my card provider. Do not order from them.

Update.... The UK website has been removed but it looks like they've set-up again in Germany.

Can't lie i ordered on the 11th of october its been 20 days also...i emailed them and the same "Aaron" name responded once about it taking 5-10 days coz of covid etc. And never heard from them again. Never been scammed before. I did use my credit card as i had some doubt of the legitimacy of the company, but will get my money back through my bank.

Definitely a scam like Carl just receive generic emails ..... do not buy from here

Utterly horrendous. Will Never purchase anything from a snapchat advert again. Ordered item 20 days ago (despite them advising me dispatch take 5-10 days maximum from order)

Whenever you contact them you get the same copy pasted response from 'Aaron'

All we wanted was a dispatch notice or a tracking number we was okay with the delay if any occurred, however they refused to provide any useful information. Just the same copy an pasted response like this:

'Hello,
Dispatch times are 5 to 10 days maximum due to high demand during the holidays season and our understaffing from Covid-19. However, I have just contacted the delivery service, your order is well on its way, you should receive it within the next few days. We remind you that delivery times are 8 to 12 days, if you have a problem with the tracking number, it can take several working days to be activated on the tracking page, this time can sometimes be extended. I'm sorry because we haven't updated certains information on the website yet. You will be notified as soon as possible in relation to the current conditions. 
 I hope you understand.

I have sent 10 messages asking for tracking or when was dispatched however this above response is all they send. It is automated an is sent from a 'no reply' email address - how helpful.

It is nothing but a scam website. Don't waste your money. I've had my bank issue a chargeback and will be notifying trading standards also.
