I saw this brush cleaner being promoted on facebook and loved the idea of your makeup brushes being clean and dry so quickly….. it’s the waiting for my brushes to dry that puts me off cleaning them as regularly as I should!
Anyway the Isoclean brush cleaner arrived super promptly, about 2 days from placing my order. I thought I’d ordered the option with the white towel but none arrived so maybe I didn’t. I got two bottles, one for me and one for my daughter.
I was very excited and used it straight away…. Yes it definitely cleans and drys the brushes super quickly and does do a very thorough job. However, I’ll be advising my daughter to wash her brushes the old fashioned way … hot water and soap … to get the worst of the makeup off and then use the Isoclean after each makeup application rather than waiting until they’re filthy because I had to use almost half the 275ml bottle to clean 5 foundation / blusher brushes and three eye shadow ones. That did seem a little excessive but if I now use it more regularly I sure I won’t have to use so much… they were particularly bad!
I cleaned the makeup brushes about 20 minutes ago and they are all back in their pot dry and ready to be used again so the product definitely does what it says.
A few people commented on the toxic smell of the liquid but to be honest it’s not that bad … less pungent than white spirits and my brushes do have a little whiff of alcohol now but they’re clean!
Yes I’d recommend this brush cleaner.

Our academy have worked with ISO Clean for many years, we had a great experience with Shannon the previous education manager with our ordering for our team and graduates, she was responsive and really supported our academy. We have throughout the last year been trying to get assistance with orders for our team and classes, however emails are not responded to for months, and when they do respond the customer service is terrible. Our team have also tried reaching out via instagram and the messages are read and ignored. Your products are good - however when consumers are trying to reach out, especially for bulk orders a little customer service goes a long way!

Amazing products and service, the sun screen is the best I have ever used! The customer service has been great, products arrived quick and in lovely packaging. The brush cleaner is the best I have ever used! One spray and it makes my brushes brand new. 100% being a repeat customer.

Unprofessional customer service and products leak easy

Gave me a out of date product and when I tried to ask for a refund they told me that I couldn’t because it has been used and left me with burns of my face from my brushes so I had to throw away £50 brushes because the company loves to throw scraps at you when you order horrible customer service

I burn incredibly easily in the sun, so finding a reliable sunscreen has always been a challenge — until now. This new SPF 50 product works absolute wonders. I’ve used it multiple times in direct sunlight, and each time it has completely protected my skin. No redness, no peeling, no discomfort — just solid, dependable coverage. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t feel greasy, and seems to last for hours without needing constant reapplication. For anyone who’s prone to sunburn like I am, this is a total game-changer. Highly recommend!

Purchase and delivery were fine but the cleansing product itself is NOT worth the money. It's just a gimmick. The cleanser is sort of waxy and does nothing to remove wet makeup residue like foundation and concealer from brushes. I resorted to my trusty baby shampoo and even had to use that to remove makeup from the Isoclean's own plastic pot as the Isoclean cleanser did nothing! Save your money and use baby shampoo.

I bought the starter pack for my daughter’s birthday via tik tok, sadly a previous employee changed my delivery address to hers and then wouldn’t give it back. I explained it to the company and they incredibly kindly gave me another so her birthday wasn’t ruined! Can’t rate them highly enough!!! Thank you so much team.. you saved the day!

The product itself is amazing, works well cleans, sanitizers brushes, and dries pretty much instantly.
But customer service is absolutely top 10.
I received my isoclean within 2 days (perfect!) but it had sadly leaked during transit.
I contacted their customer service team, and was dealt with by Klaudia. Emails were replied to super fast, and a refill (to fill my bottle that had some missing), has been sent out.
Absolute A* customer service.
It's good to see that in this society where customer service is usually rock bottom, this company really put them No1.

Really good however does have a very strong smell

I like the product a lot as it’s much quicker than washing brushes with dish soap/hand soap and waiting for brushes to dry, however I have found that my brushes are not as soft after. However, knowing that more of the bacteria has been removed and that they are dry within minutes using this product makes it worth it. Maybe an ingredient to soften the brushes after could be added somehow or something to use after cleaning them to bring the softness back? Just a thought!

The product itself is good but the quality of the packaging, in particular the spray bottle, is dreadful!

Best make up cleaner I’ve used.

Great product. Worked as expected. Only downside is the scrub brush. The idea is great but it just wobbles all over the place if stuck to the sink and if handheld was quite messy. I shall definitely continue to use this product but I’m going to invest in a flat scrub mat.

Bought the Carbon Makeup Brush Cleaning Soap. Was slightly sceptical but OMG! It is amazing! My brushes came up like new. Have already recommended to friends and family will definitely continue to purchase.

The cleaner smells lovely, knew this because it had all leaked on the delivery journey but apart from breathing in fumes it was good
