My order was never fulfilled. I placed an order on 29th of November. Still have not received it. It's Boxing day. Customer support replies with huge delay, 7-10 days. Don't even bother with international delivery, it will never be fulfilled.

Edit to add: yes, in the end I did receive a replacement order, on the 2nd of January. It was the bare minimum to replace my missing order, from 29th of November. The quality of service is still unacceptable.

Charcoal brush cleaner is a game changer. Works really well and no sticky residue left on the makeup brushes. Great communication and fast delivery.

Arrived quickly two weeks before Xmas. I have used one. Works well. The other is a stocking filler for my daughter.

Well I was very sceptical about this product, but wow this product is amazing cleans my brushes so well and dried really quick, I hated having to clean my brushes as it took so long and then when having to air dry them would take a full day and night to dry. I also bought the sponge cleaner it did take most of the foundation off but still have quite a few stains left on it but definitely cleaner that what it was I am happy with it

Just received my package and it has a full ingredients list, but again, no measurements, or %-s. However this list includes that there is himalayan salt in the solution - this was not mentioned at all on the website. Looking at my experience as a whole, I may have just purchased mostly salty water.. Based on the smell, there may be some hypochlorous acid in there, but at this point I can't be sure.

Tried emailing customer support multiple times, they only responded once, claiming they never saw my other emails.

First I tried to find out the cleaning solution's ingredient strength - they don't have a full ingredients list published which is most likely against all EU regulation. They finally responded to me 8 days ago about the stregth, but only gave me a number, the unit of measurement was missing, so it's quite a useless piece of info this way. I'm still waiting for a reply over a week later.

I decided to take advantage of the black friday discounts and order a test round anyway, because I could guess the unit of measurement and was still hopeful that my original question would be answered and my guess confirmed. But no, over 8 days later I'm still waiting on this, even after following up.

I placed my order 3 days ago, tracking hasn't budged then, despite an email confirming that it is on the way. I understand shipping time estimates aren't reliable during black friday, but to have ZERO responses and confusing automated communication is not acceptable. If other e-commerce stores can figure this out, you can too.

Hoping to get a proper response here, because I see your team is responsive to public reviews at least.

Wouldn’t usually leave reviews but I love this product. I always put off cleaning my makeup brushes because it’s such a long task and would always have to make sure I wasn’t going to wear makeup the following day as they would still be wet. I can now sit comfortably wherever I like, instead of leaning over the sink uncomfortably and using so much water, and clean my brushes in no time. They dry so quick and are spotless! Powder or cream makeup is removed from the brushes so quickly and easier. Will never go back to soap and water!

Very happy with my experience with isoclean I only got sent half my order I got in touch with them and they were more then happy to resend my replacement out also I was happy with a I produced and let them know they said because it's part of a set I will have to send it all bk for a refund obviously I wasn't happy about that as I liked one of the one of them so instead of that they sent me out something that I would like as a good gesture very happy with them will definitely buy of them again

Excellent! Very quickly dissolves the makeup ingrained in the brush, leaving it like new.

Really good-slightly on the pricier side but well worth the money. I wouldnt buy any another brush cleaner now

Love it , can't ho without. Am way to lazy to wash , every brush, then wait for them to dry. This I clean as I go. Or even three day. Takes me mins. Fast delivery

I saw an advert on Instagram for this and got suckered in. I purchased the spray and the large microfibre towel. The items arrived quickly and were well packaged. I got to work straight away cleaning my brushes which, I admit, were pretty gross and were way overdue a clean! This stuff works like magic; just spray and brush onto the cloth and watch the magic happen! Some of the brushes with liquid product on them (foundation and concealer brushes etc) needed more work than the dry brushes, but it was very easy! I cleaned 12 brushes and only used a tiny bit of cleaner. The cloth was just big enough to accommodate all of the brushes.
I will definitely be cleaning my brushes regularly now that I’ve found this spray. Would definitely recommended!
