ZERO customer service when it goes bad!!
This company runs with ZERO customer service…communication is shockingly bad; when something goes wrong which it does FREQUENTLY you will come up against constantly hurdles when trying to sort it, so much of my time wasted already!!

Don’t buy make up brush cleaner
Don’t buy make up brush cleaner. The smell is terrible. Smells like nail polish remover. I’ve rinsed brushes to get rid of smell and can’t get rid of it. That disgusting chemical smell can not be good to be putting on face and the smell gives me a headache.
I’m really annoyed that I’ve got to buy new brushes now. Reviews on amazon are saying same thing. Awful product

Did not receive all my order
The product when you receive it does clean your brushes. However, my items were ordered at the beginning of December 2023 and I still on the 26 of January 2024 have not received part of my order. It is very hard to get in touch with this company. They do not answer your emails and I don’t even know if they have a customer service. Order if you will, but cannot guarantee you’ll get all the order you’ve paid for.

Missing product
I placed an order on TikTok for a bundle and another product I received only the bundle but not the extra item I ordered, I sent proof of packaging and a photo of what I’ve received, but they won’t reply back to me or refund me for the missing product. I will never order from these scam artists again, it makes me so angry that at Christmas people really con people.

Very poor and misleading practices from this company.
They state “you’ve unlocked free delivery” and then add delivery costs anyway ! They don’t respond to any emails requesting an explanation. Shoddy & wont be using again

This is amazing
This is amazing - no more washing / drying for ages!
I prefer the spray - spritz on brushes and wipe on towel and ‘voila’ clean brushes that are dry!
I have their towel too which is so thick - you can get Eco refills and the sponge cleaner is so good at cleaning beauty blenders - I start with the set block for really dirty brushes (bronzer / foundation) then spray and wipe - it’s magic! Gone are the days of standing over the sink rinsing and rinsing!

Don’t wash the mat with your clothes
Ordered after seeing it on TikTok and then checking their website. Product arrived promptly and i will say the actual cleaning spray works well HOWEVER the cleaning mat that came with it caused the problems
Nowhere is it advertised or stated to wash this separate as it looks and feels just like a towel, I then threw it in the was with the rest of my stuff and it has fluffed over everything. Several items are now completely unwearable.
Unfortunately isoclean, as quick as they were to respond has nothing in place to compensate for this and even though my order has been refunded I’m still out of pocket
Unfortunately out of principal i wont be ordering again

Not bad, but not great either
I've seen this advertised a lot on Tiktok recently! And I received one in a mystery box from LookFantastic.I think this product is overly hyped, it isn't bad but not amazing! I have a handful of brushes and I had to use half of my 110ml bottle to get them relatively clean (following directions) and could be an expensive product to use regularly. The idea is very good and i do feel like the tips of my brushes are clean, but not the middle. I feel this product would e a good last step after washing brushes normally to get any remaining bacteria.

I bough this after seeing an influencer use this on Instagram. Did not expect this to be as amazing as it is. Spotless brushes. Makes me feel cleaner as I am particular about my skin. But even makes me like cleaning my brushes which I didn’t think possible. Have already ordered the eco refill so I don’t run out.
