endless credit card charges

So, first off: I don't know if this company offers any service - they never provided any to me, despite paying. I think they are completely happy with signing you up, getting your payment info, then regularly trying to charge your credit card for nothing. That's what they did to me... years after my kid is at college already - not once, but the last 3 years, about 4 years after I handed in my cancellation officially. Yeah, my credit card company credited me back the charge, but they just won't stop, and the cc company is just continuing to accept charges from them - neverending hassle from cheap fraudsters preying on hopeful parents. I have now cancelled that credit card. They are incommunicado, the service telephone number they have to provide is disconnected. You get the picture. NEVER sign up with these guys, please.

Do not do business with this company

Placed an order with this marketer. It was promptly acknowledged. 30 days later - nothing. I contacted them and was told the order had been canceled and my expenditure would be refunded within "2 to 3 business days". Ten days later, nothing

Following my previous review

Following my previous review, I received a phone call from isport asking me to send photos of the wrong sized squash shoes they delivered. They then promised to send a returns label and the correct sized shoes. I sent the photos twice over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since.

Best price I could find and delivered…

Best price I could find and delivered very quickly. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the other reviews and worrying about my product not arriving. However I would definitely buy from isportstore again!

Poor service to say the least

I have given this company one only star because I have to !! How they are still in business is beyond me first order they forgot to send it out after two weeks second order which will be my very last is again after a week only just been sent out..

Excuses, Poor Customer Service and No Delivery

This company had £311.00 of my money from 2 orders placed within a week of each other from 26th January 2018. We are now on the 16th Feb and I’ve still not received anything except a raft of excuses about supply issues. Order cancelled. If I treated my customers in the same way I wouldnt have a business, simple.

Poor communication and it would have …

Poor communication and it would have been quicker to delivered the order on the back of pigeons .
EFFICIENT - PROFESSIONAL - RELIABLE - OPEN - FRIENDLY ( what they profess to be on the bottom of emails )
EFFICIENT ( save money by not sending orders on time ) - PROFESSIONAL( really ? ) - RELIABLE( I suppose that if you can’t deliver on time every time that is reliable, in some way :-) ) - OPEN ( open ended delivery dates and levels of service) - FRIENDLY ( yes - I think they have 1 star )

Awful - avoid

If you're happy to wait over two weeks for a delivery, to then find out they don't have any of the stock, you love awful customer service and one word replies to queries about your order - use these guys. Otherwise look ANYWHERE else!
