Support not answering... The Host's connection is literally garbage ...
I mean ... it's possible that the discord api sucks sometimes... But that's just too much. Also made a Ticket at 16.01 ... They just don't respond and dont care.

Utterly disappointing
Utterly disappointing - I paid for a server that was never configured to work. It was assigned to my account but was starting in a crashed state.
I've opened a ticket and nobody bothered to reach out or fix the issue.
Their support doesn't exist and their service doesn't work.
Simply dont bother with this "provider"

Reliable Hosting
I've been hosting sites and servers now for over 7 years and I'm already 2 years with Jetstax. In the past I changed a lot from hosting providers but I'm still satisfied and happy with my services here. Really good pricing and friendly people. Support may not be the fastest ever but they do have a very helpful FAQ and Chatbot and other questions are most of the time answered within 24 hours. So if you are looking for a fast, good priced and reliable hosting I recommend only one place.

No communication possible. Servers are even worse. If u check out the specs via the server then u will find out that the specs on the website is a big lie.

A lot of issues
Setup was painful, the support just keeps closing tickets without responding, they are lying about their Trustpilot rating on their site, there have been many Issues.

always a consistent server and a easy and accessible panel, but the teams level of customer service is shocking. Days on days wait just for simple responses and fixes.
